My husband and I with our Iggy girls, Italian greyhounds, love to travel when our jobs allow. I am a RN and my hubby is a teacher/basketball coach. We love camping with exploring the US. Love going to waterfalls, beaches and hiking. On my bucket list is to visit what I can in US. Want to visit Yellow Stone, Mt Rushmore, Grand Canyon and all the sites I can. My mid life crises toy to keep me feeling young is our TV, tow vehicle, my blue jeep gladiater, Rogue, Yes, I gave her a name. As I say this Nana went Rogue. Also love to go Geocaching whenever on the road.
I have a small craft business called Nana's Krafty Korner specializing in Silhouette Decor Camping Lites and more. Visit us online at nanaskraftykorner.com or on facebook at Nana"s Krafty Korner. You can also follow our adventures on facebook under The Dob Pod aka Jeepster Poddin Along.

We were excited to hear of your experience at the convention , but saddened to hear so many came making it over crowded. Hope your stay was pleasant otherwise. Should you come back again your more than welcome to stay here again.
May your journeys be blessed!

We really enjoyed meeting this couple! Interesting and great conversationalists!
Unfortunately I got my days mixed and was not back in town before they got to Ama so wasn't there and they travelled on before I got home. Maybe next time!

Wonderful Hosts! Thank you for letting us stay. Would recommend your place to anyone!!
Good host. Nice and quiet stay. I would stay again. Thanks for hosting.
Beautiful location! Super sweet hosts! Very secluded and quiet! Truly enjoyed our 2 nights here close to Charleston! Will visit again! Thank you!
Due to the heavy traffic on the 4th of July weekend we arrived early evening. We had a short but great conversation with the hosts. They were very accommodating and friendly. We talked as if we were old friends. Our dogs loved the open range running. My advice is to follow their directions to the letter as the location is remote but well worth the drive.
Perfect night in a very quiet nurture lot. Michelle was so nice and no outley too much to get us on electricity. Thanks again for accommodate us and hosting us so well. We are coming back with pleasure should we are back in the area.
Welcoming hosts who are friendly, conversational and helpful. Enjoyed our conversations. This is a beautiful property with a nice view of their horses and acreage. Property has wildlife with some deer grazing and friendly dogs. Good access to Charleston. If we are in the area we would love to stay here again.
Our hosts were so generous to allow us to stay a few extra nights. If you are looking for something fun to do close by then I suggest Santee Canal Park. It is a hidden treasure.
Thanks for being great hosts Bluelagoonacres.
Our stay at bluelagoonacres was great. We came in a day late due to mechanical issues but our hosts were understanding. When we did arrive (get directions from host, not GPS), our hosts weren't home but we were in contact with them. They gave us thorough information about parking, hooking up, etc. Communication has been the best!
The roads were pretty bumpy but we managed.
Blue lagoon acres is a peaceful place way back in the woods. We seen a variety of wildlife while to traveling to and from town. We absolutely recommend staying here.
We enjoyed the staying at Blue Lagoon Acres as an overnight stay on our way to Florida! Michelle was very accommodating and friendly... they had electric, water and even sewer available (we didn't need)... as well as free WIFI connection.
Their location is very remote on a large property with 2 horses, about 45 minutes from Charleston, SC.
The drive back to the location is a bit challenging, about a 3 mile dirt road... so depending on your rig and whether or not there has been a lot of rain, you may want to consider this when booking a reservation.
This was our first stay with boondockers welcome and we were very pleased!
My hosts were delightful and extremely accommodating. They even installed a power pole and water spigot just for their Boondockers Welcome guests! They are really tucked back in the middle of nowhere, and it is quiet and peaceful at night. Just lovely to watch the deer in the front yard. Sure, it is off the beaten track and you have to drive a ways to get there, but it is worth it if you want a nice quiet, secluded stay. I would certainly not hesitate to return.
My thanks to Blue Lagoon Acres for a much needed rest stop. My hosts were wonderful making sure I was settled and that I had everything I needed. If you visit this location trust the directions they give you, not your GPS.
