UPDATE: Summer 2016
After 4 years full time in our trailer, we're now relocated to a permanent address, with room for any size rig on a nice little property nestled up in the hillss
My Wife & I Love to travel.... We've done it "ultra-light" (motorbike & sleeping 'in the ditch'), medium (car & sleeping 'in the ditch'). Now we're going to the other extreme, taking two dogs, 2 cats & the kitchen sink with us! uhh.... & I think the term is "boondocking" now that we're in a trailer (as opposed to 'sleeping in a ditch!" :)
Good general experience, knowledge & trouble-shooting skills..... just ask! I'll offer either my assistance/advice as needed, or let you know you've asked the wrong person! :)
Quiet, Scenic & Ever Changing.......
Fuzion 342 - Our Home on Wheels
Steve & Darcile visited here for about two weeks. They are a delightful, down-to-earth couple with two cats and a lovely pup named Angel; and who lives up to her name. I never heard her bark even once and she is friendly and calm. As a senior myself I appreciated that they are "low maintenance" guests. They didn't intrude on my life at all and yet managed to be nicely friendly all at the same time. A fine art! Steve, upon hearing that I had a water leak in the fresh water line in my RV, volunteered to see what he could do and, by gosh, he fixed it! Then he went further and bleached out my whole fresh water system for me. What a guest! If I were to rate them on a scale of 10, they'd be an 11. They're welcome back here any time. Heck, I'd adopt them if I could!
Steve and Darcile are two of the most friendly helpful RVer's I have ever met. It was so nice learning about their travels and the places they've stayed at this past year. It was truly an honor and privilege to host them. I look forward to crossing paths again some day. Popeye
PepperHead are excellent hosts, very easy going and we shared lots of stories together in the short time we had to stay. He is an advocate for the area so be sure to stay and see what you can as we ran out of time to. The property is lovely set amongst the hills with a large field to park our big rig. Their dogs are just lovely and our dog enjoyed the space to run around and be free! Highly recommend these lovely people.
We had to attend to family matters in Vancouver and PepperHead were so helpful as they allowed us to leave our rig unattended on their lovely valley property for 8 days. Even though it rained for the entire week their hay field was very solid and perfectly drained so it was an ideal place to campout surrounded by peaceful hills and terrain. Their pets were so friendly and well behaved. We look forward to meeting them again in the spring. Best regards, R & S
