Enjoyed talking to Dave one afternoon while Amber worked online . She works too much , But one has to do what is necessary . I hope they enjoyed Yosemite in their short stay with us and wish them safe travels where ever they go .

Our First Boondocker stay

We pull a 44 foot Toyhauler and getting to their home was easy, as was getting parked. Our hosts greeted us, are wonderful people, provided electricity, veggies from their garden and brownies. They know the area well, great people to talk with and their dog is so well behaved, we felt bad about ours. Could not imagine a better first experience and we are grateful for the opportunity to get to know them and their hospitality.

Nice host and spot

Friendly host and safe location. It is close to town, but rural. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

super peaceful and quiet

Petoskey palace is a geat spot to relax: enjoy nature, the night sky, and explore the nearby towns along the beautiful Lakeshore. My hosts and their super sweet dog Duke were gracious hosts who offered lots of help getting settled and information about the area. I hope they get back on the road soon and our paths cross again. Thank you again.

Top of the hill

Can not say enough kind words about the hosts at Petoskey Palace. They offered a level site with water and electric. Beautiful 5 acres with area for my dog to run around and we’re only 3-4 to downtown Petoskey. They made it a very relaxing and peaceful stay. Thank you so much. Will definitely stay again if heading towards Petoskey.

Beautiful spot!

We stayed 2 nights at this beautiful location. It was quiet and the stars were amazing at night. Short drive to a cute little town, lighthouse, and several other cool spots. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. If we are passing through again we will definitely return. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Petoskey Gem

Thanks so much to our great hosts. They responded quickly to our request. We had a nice level spot and electric. Very friendly host who quickly made us feel right at home. We set up in the early afternoon and then went into town to explore. Petoskey is a wonderful city with a very quaint and bustling downtown. We only stayed one night so that we could get in to a FCFS spot at Sleeping Bear Dunes N.P. Campground nearby.
Little tip...We spent one night at Platte River campground (LOTS of mosquitos) and then moved to D.H. Day which is a busier, more scenic part of the park and way less mosquitos.
