Rick has been retired disabled for two years, and I have been retired longer...both worked at the local paper mill. We had a small dog, who left us after 15 years, last summer. As winters are long, we can accept one small rv at a time for about 4 months of the year, June thru Sept.
Rick is a all around handy man, and I love to cook. I have sewn a lot.
Arizon, was our first experience in boondocking last year, and will be there soon this winter. We have stayed around Lake Havasu, Yuma.
International Falls, MN has been home all our lives. We traveled two weeks every winter for 25 years, as a needed get away. Summers, being short are the best, most times, especially living on Rainy Lake. We live 7 miles from town.
2018 Keystone Laredo, three slides, quiet Honda generators if acceptable, otherwise, we can survive without. One ton Chevrolet tows it.
Nice couple from near the Arctic Circle heading to warm winter sunshine. It was just an overnight as hey had to get ‘out of Dodge’ to beat the weather. It’s 32 degrees and wet here this morning. Very friendly, polite, thoughtful folks. Would love to have them back for a longer visit to get better acquainted and show then what Kansas City Barbecue is like. Maybe on the way back to “Frostbite Falls” next spring?
This nice couple was here for a short stay but we enjoyed them. They were easy to communicate with and would be welcome to stop again if they pass this way. We wish them safe travels.
They spent a couple days with me while they toured the sights of San Antonio. Very easy to talk to. Very quiet, couldn't even tell they were here.
