We have been part of each others lives since college. Currently, we have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to support each other as traveling companions.
While our roots are in New England we live in the Midwest. We spent lots of time learning to RV, spending many weekends RVing locally. Recently we spent over two months living in our Winnebago Trailer while exploring the National Parks in the Rockies, visiting Glacier, Yellowstone, and Craters of the Moon as we traveled through Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, South Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Minnesota, Michigan and more.
Of special interest to us are State Capitals, Lighthouses, historic sites and digging into whatever is special in the local area such as food, customs and historic sites.
We are from Indianapolis, Indiana - Crossroads of America!
We travel in a 22' Winnebago Micro Minnie pulled by a V6 Dodge Durango. We have been able to take it almost anywhere, including visiting moderate sized cities and some white knuckle "back roads". We have a small slide out, about 18".
I really enjoyed having Brett here, he is 100% respectful of my rules, which revolve around the safety of my dogs. I can't imagine anyone who wouldn't be happy they hosted them.
These folks just stayed in our driveway long enough to take a day-hike to see the Florida capital. They kept in touch with arrival time, return time and departure. We actually only saw them for a minute as we were leaving our house and they were returning to their rig with plans to move on while there was daylight.
Great couple enjoying time doing what they like! Looking forward to have them around again next time they are in the area! So much more to see around here!!!
Lovely people, cute rig! Quiet, on-time, neat, no fuss couple . They were great!
A great couple. They setup quickly and had their plans communicated for the stay. Very outgoing and looking for sugestions for unique experiences in your area.
We really enjoyed hosting this “Traveling Couple”. Their town sounds so interesting! Can’t wait to navigate the roundabouts in their town. Sounds so unique. Their volunteer work is very inspiring to us. They quickly became our new friends. I sincerely hope they come back to visit with us. We loved them and we know all other hosts will too.
