We are a couple in our 50’s a bit new to road tripping in our 31 ft Jayco motor home. My husband will retire in March 2018 and we are looking forward to traveling south and cross country.
My husband is a very handy guy! We have restored many classic cars and a 1971 Airstream. We also maintain several income properties that are always in need of something! I am a Nurse and work in Hospice. I love anything outdoors as long as it’s not cold!
I am a part time potter and lucky to have a small studio in my house.
Loki, 3 year old rescue. Catahoula, great with kids and all animals
We love to try new places, especially rural our out of the way spots. We have traveled to many places here in New England and also love upstate New York
Fall River MA
24 foot Dynamax Isata 1 slide out. Sometimes we tow a small trailer with a motorcycle.
We only had a few moments to chat, but appreciated the dog treats he brought along that won over our dogs. Would be happy to host again.
We had a sort visit ,too bad it wasn't longer . You're welcome back any time .
These guys just spent one night here and were gone early the next morning. Nice to have met you.
We felt very welcome and had plenty of space in Loki's driveway. Couldn't have asked for more, we were provided with power, water and most of all some very friendly hosts. We used the morning to take a stroll around the neighborhood and the riverside. Thank you very much for having us!!
Our hosts helped us out with a late arrival. We really enjoyed meeting them! Also their pup is sweetest!! This neighborhood is beautiful and has some unique history! Hope to meet our hosts again down the road :)
We like slightly different historical things and this stay had it. It's in the middle of a very well known and sensationalized 19th century crime--the key sites are all minutes away--and the world's largest collection of WWII ships is 5 minutes away. Plan a full day or two for the ships.
The hosts are super and provide all we needed for a great stay. We left topped up for the next leg of our trip.
This spot is in the Highlands area of Fall River which is jam packed with architectural history. I walked and walked some more till my hips were aching, mostly looking straight up at the beauty of the late 19th century homes.
If you’re interested in the Lizzie Borden history the area is fun to explore. We ended up at a ghost tour of the murder house. Fun times. Lol.
The hosts are accommodating, helpful, and offer electricity and water.
Great couple. They took us even though it was a last minute request, and we got there pretty late. We enjoyed our stay. Very quite neighborhood. Loki and Indie (their pets) are very friendly. We would definatly stay with them again i the future.
