62 year old retired Engineer. Really enjoy seeing this and other countries. Have been spending summers sailing in Europe and the surrounding areas and now hope to spend more time in the US and Canada exploring all the great places I have missed before.
Just purchased a great little Newell that I am hoping will serve me for many years to come. My traveling companion is a wonderful little poodle mix that is just visiting this planet.
Enjoy fly fishing, writing, eating great local foods, BBQ, Target shooting when its available, rafting and just about any other active outdoor activity. Not much into the TV sports.
Can balance a spoon on the end of my nose.
Can also do just about anything in a metal shop.
Faithful sidekick and wingman / pup.
14 pounds of friendly poodle something or other.
I am new to the Boondocking site however I do like to travel in Montana, Idaho, New Mexico, Arizona and parts west. Maybe I'll head East eventually but only after seeing everything west of the Mississippi.
Phoenix, AZ or anywhere in my motorhome.
45' 2008 Newell 4 slide model 450 has a C15 Cat 625 HP engine with a ZF 12 spd transmission. Coach is well apportioned with big holding tanks for water, waste and fuel. No LP aboard. Toad is a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 4x4 with a 6.6 liter Duramax Diesel which serves as a great off and on-road vehicle to get me paces the coach just can't go.
