Married 36 years and originally from Minnesota, recently sold our home and traveling/living full-time in our Class B RV. Pat is retired from the U.S. Army and we enjoyed 20 years of exploring the various places we lived, to include 13 years in Europe. We now call Colorado our home base, where our son and daughter-in-law live. Pat is a published author, enjoys sharing inspirational stories, and blogging about places we visit. Josie has a background as an environmental interpreter and educator, and offers nature-based therapeutic programs.
BLM land (Bureau of Land Management), beautiful places in forests, along streams or rivers, lakeshore ... anyplace with a great view!
2007 Class B Roadtrek 210 Popular - 21 feet long with no slide-outs.
Enjoyed having them stay with us, would look forward to having them visit us again.
Such interesting lives these people lead. We really enjoyed our discussions. Hope to see them again.
Pat and Josie were wonderful visitors. We hope they'll return and stay with us the next time they pass our way!
Pat & Josie messaged me within a few hours of making our host listing active, asking about a stay a couple days later. I accepted without hesitation after reading their message and everything went very smoothly. Great communication, super friendly, and were a pleasure to have as visitors. I communicated with them several times by text during their stay as I was out of town, but my husband had a chance to meet them. They were really wonderful guests, and even left us a lovely bottle of wine upon departure! Please come back and see us, Pat & Josie, the next time you visit Cripple Creek. We really hope you enjoyed our town.
Again we missed the opportunity to meet with new people, but even a host has to travel once in a while to visit our first grandbaby who's only 5 weeks old. Maybe you will be through here again and we can host you again, safe travels
