We are new to the RVing world. but not new to camping. Tents are fine, but it's time for a bit more comfort - especially for the long periods we plan to travel in the future.
So far, we've found that all the nice things we were told about RV folks has been very accurate. People are just SO NICE! We are really enjoying the opportunity to meet so many other people.
Most often, we travel to see the beautiful landscapes and natural places. Tinkering with stuff is the hubby's favorite hobby. Photography is mine. Whether it's animals, landscapes, or people, there's always something that needs its picture taken.
While we're only RVing for shorter periods at the moment; our goal is to travel almost full-time in the near future.
Just enough knowledge to be dangerous :)

Naturally scenic areas; especially in the mountains!
We currently hale from the Cascade foothills, about an hour east of Seattle, Washington. We were raised in the college town of DeKalb, Illinois - and still consider it to be our home town.
We have a 2018 41ft DP, with 4 slides. We will often have a jeep wrangler in-tow.
Jaime and John were lovely hosts and gave us plenty of information on the area. Their house is tucked away in a cul de sac and is nice and quiet. The driveway will only accomodate rigs 20ft or smaller but is otherwise perfect. Thanks for having us!
