I'm John and in 2017 I decided to take the plunge in to the RV world by purchasing a used Travel Trailer and a truck to haul it with. After several trips in my local state and down to Savannah GA in 2018 I decided to make the move to a class A motorhome. I completed my coast to coast journey in the beginning of 2019, and hope to make future journeys in the coming years.
I like playing my guitar, enjoy taking hikes in nature and seeing live music when I get the chance.
I do not have a pet, though I am a lover of animals and hope to get another pet someday.

I live in Newtown, in Bucks County PA about 24 miles north of Philadelphia. It serves as my home base when I am not out traveling in my RV.

This was Jphal’s second visit to the Eagles Nest. Glad we could host him on both legs of his trip. Safe travels and maybe we will see you again here or on the road.
Just a one night stay during a viral event. Very little socializing but a guest that will be welcomed back anytime.
One of the things I love about hosting is getting to know other travelers.
Sadly, because if the corona virus, I did not get to visit with jphal....I am grateful that he was respectful and understanding of this current situation and that I was able to provide him with a safe and quiet place to stay.
Hopefully in the future he can return and we can get to know each a little better.
I pray you stay safe....
Only had Jphal with us for one night but would highly recommend him as your guest. Hope he gets a chance to return and see us again.
What can I say? Well I can say J is always welcome back!!! Quiet friendly happy guest.
If I hadn't met him I would have never known he was here. Quiet as a mouse
Glad we could host Jphal during his stay in the area. Jphal was a great guest and kept us updated on his travel schedule and arrival. He was very respectful and thankful during his stay. And thanks for the RV tour.
Jphal was a perfect guest and I would be happy to have him stay anytime.
While I didn't get to visit with Jphal, Doug did - and he enjoyed all their conversations. It's so nice to have a guest who shows genuine interest in what you are doing. Jphal stopped in the barn to see what Doug was 'building' (bee frames) and they chatted frequently. Very quiet and polite guest - always welcome back, and we hope he does stop again!
Great experience. We visited about some of his experiences traveling across the country and he shared some of his improvements to his motorhome. Hope you can stop by again on your way across the country!!
I could sit and talk to John forever. Great guy and I was sorry to see him go!
John stayed one night, but he did spend the early part of Saturday evening watching Alabama beat up on Mississippi State in football. He seemed to enjoy himself and is welcome back any time.

Good guest. Excellent communication before arrival. Enjoyed our brief conversation.
Very friendly couple. Quiet, helpful and considerate. Was very helpful when one of the campsite faucets broke off. Thank you!
Jphal was a great guest. Good communication before arrival, made his arrival easy.
He was a quiet and respectful guest, leaving everything as it was. Unfortunately the weather stopped our usual weekend campfire, so we didn’t get to converse as much as we usually do with our guests.
We wish Jphal safe travels and he’s welcome back anytime.
We enjoyed having Jphal stay with us for one night on his way further south. We were happy to hear that we were his first BW experience, and wish him safe travels in the future!
We had company so I didn’t get to spend much time with John. He was very organized, friendly, and quiet. Maybe we can connect on another trip!
