I live in Quebec Canada with my wife Clo (short for Claudette). We met about 20 years ago and married when we came back from a stint in Belgium in 2008. We are both active , in fact we met through my kayaking activities. She then got me going into biking.Lol. My interests after retirement have focused on Geology, History, fixing things, rock hounding, and last but not least photography.
We look for travel adventures. My work took us to Belgium and gave us the opportunity to discover parts of Europe, including Poland where my father was born. A couple of years ago we traveled for a couple of months in Australia (on a shoestring budget). We have explored Quebec and Canada and now want to see the south west of the USA. Last winter we rented a RV and poked around in the Sonoran and Mojave deserts (10 days in death Valley). Loved it, and so we are going back.
My work was mostly technical though I took on management functions later in life. Now, as a volunteer, I with a couple of other residents we do travel presentations at the library in the small village where we live.
Photography. some MS Office knowledge.

We just recently purchased a Jayco Hummingbird trailer, fully self contained to do longer trips one of which is to the south west USA. When hitched to my car the whole "train" is 30 feet long. The trailer itself from bumper to hitch is 20 feet
