I'm an outdoor person! I spend most of my days (and the past 7 years) farming rabbits. It's what I do for a living. I'm also the cubmaster of cub scouts and the troop leader for our girl scouts, and between my son in boyscouts and running those two groups, they keep me busy!
Most of my skills are in farming on my farm. My expert'ness' lies in my business of farming rabbits! That's my passion and I TRY to stay focused on running this business as I do it by myself. I am in charge of caring for the animals, marketing, selling, buying, paperwork, doing the taxes and all that good stuff that comes from owning your own business!
I have about a thousand Rabbits, a pig, chickens and roosters, geese and a duck, a cat and a dog. I travel with the dog.
I haven't started boondocking yet, but I plan to get on the road in 5 years and my first plans are to travel the perimeter of the USA.
My home town is a small rural farming community. Most people are very friendly and always helpful. We are close to bigger towns that offer shopping, restaurants, and other recreational things.
I just bought a 20 ft jayco! Gearing up to hit the road this summer.
We cannot say enough about our stay at crystalwill2. The property was very easy to get to, and very accessible to park our rig. The kids had a fun time seeing the rabbit farm, and we really enjoyed getting to know our host. Crytalwill2 was very accommodating to make sure we had all that we needed to be comfortable. We would highly recommend a stay here :)
We had a nice overnight with Crystal and toured her rabbit farm. She shared electricity which was much appreciated as it had been raining for days and solar recharging wasn’t happening. We arrived in the evening and Crystal guided us in without any issues. We recommend this property as Crystal was a wonderful host.
