We are a recently retired couple who have decided to land cruise after selling our sailboat.
After several years cruising the winter in Florida, the Bahamas we are now looking to explore areas inaccessible by boat.
Former sailors, and campers, started in tents, upgraded to tent trailer, then a sailboat,a travel trailer, and currently a new Class A motorhome
Looking to travel southern and western United States during the fall and winter
We have a Winnebago Sunstar 29VE, with a pickup truck
2Carrs were excellent guest even though they weren't here long. Enjoyed chatting over coffee about the RV life and the Great White North. I hope to meet again and they are always welcomed guests at Big Daddy's.
So glad to have the Carr's stay with us. We were able to share lots of stories and travel info. They even left us with a little taste of Canada. We would be glad to host them again anytime!!!!
Enjoyed visiting with Bob and Monique. Quiet couple. I enjoyed joining them on a nearby hike. We learned lots from them to help us on our trip to Canada this summer. They are Welcome back anytime.
This was their 2nd stay here. That should pretty much say it all. All around great people. Hope to see y’all again!!
A really nice couple, setting out to find out the wonders of the US and Canada. They said their adventures will be flexible and that they plan to not get in a rush. We are glad they passed by our way. We highly recommend to all hosts and wish them a safe journey onwards.
Bob and Monique were our first boondockers to visit our land. We had a great time getting to know them and listening to their travels while enjoying a nice campfire. They have big hearts and hit it off with our rescue dogs Duke and Bear. We cant wait to see them again and get updates to hear what experiences they are having and on their most adorable grandbaby, so make sure to see a pictures of this cutie.
We wish them the best and will always be excited to see them when they are in Arizona.
Can't say enough good stuff about Bob & Monique. Just great people. We sat on the back porch just chatting and chatting and watching the deer and just loved their company. Now we just have to find the time to get to Ontario to stay at their place and see them again.
