I recently sold my house and decided to go full time traveling and seeing the US with my german shepherd Katie. I have been a Piano tuner/technician since 1985. My customers won't let me go so I compromised and agreed to come back twice a year to tune for those I have spoiled all these years. :-)
Due to having several stays in the hospital in 2013 I decided that if I didn't travel now I never would be able to see the country. I am having so much fun I wish I could have started sooner. I hope me and my dog get to see as much as we can in each state before our time is up. Can't wait to get down the road and see what lies ahead.
I recently learned how to repair rv shades when the strings break. Maybe I'll be able to fix or show others how to repair shades. :-) I do tune pianos whenever the opportunity arises. I'm also learning to do repairs on my own Rv.

It felt like Glen and Katie were coming home again to visit. Katie got so excited when she got here she almost jumped out the window before Glen stopped the truck! It was nice to see both of them again. We hope they have safe travels as they continue jaunting about our great country. See you next trip! Perry, Ginny & Georgia
Glen and Katie spent 3 nights with us at middle of nowhere we spent several hours trading stories the first day. Then we hardly new they were here. Glen spent each day visiting the area historic sites in our area. He is truly into seeing America. Wishing them the best on future travels.
We were sorry we were not at home all the time when Glen & Katie returned for another visit. We were happy though to have some little visits in between our running back & forth to our annual church convention. We appreciate the respect and care they had for our property and would welcome them to come again anytime they are in our area. We wish them Godspeed on their journey to their next destination. Perry, Ginny & Georgia
We hosted Glen and his girl, Katie (dog) at SmokinSoleResort last Sunday night and ended up inviting them to stay longer (until Thursday). They were enjoyable guests and we were fortunate to be able to spend time sitting and enjoying a chat with Glen on more than one occasion! We enjoyed 'seeing' the various waterfalls and other sights in our own area through Glen's eyes! He and Katie are welcome back any time!
We enjoyed Glenn's stay, he was very polite and considerate of our property and other guests we had at the same time, our son also visited at the same time. Glenn has his dog Katie with him who is a little bothered by other dogs. He was good about communicating with others to ensure Katie didn't mingle with the other dogs. Good guests hope he stops for a visit again
Glenn way a joy to visit with for his stay. His dog, Katie, was no trouble at all. I must also mention his amazing tolerance of my kiddos who treated him like a long lost grandfather. They had to show off artwork, jokes, and magic tricks for him while we recovered from the heat. It was adorable to watch.
It was a real pleasure to meet this traveler and his lovely travel companion! They both were awesome guest. He was very respectful of our property. His large breed dog was well maintained and monitored. I would highly recommend hosting him and Katie. They are super guest and we would have them BOTH back in the future!!!
We had the pleasure of hosting a new Boondocker and what a great experience it was! Glen's very well-trained German Shepard dog, Katie, enjoyed our large fenced back yard and we enjoyed both Glen and Katie's company. We wish them the best on their journey and look forward to their return visit!
