We are a couple in our 60s with a background in sailing and broad interests in food, geology, history and architecture.
Basic jack of all trades master of none.
We have not pets.
Anywhere off the beaten path. In June 2017 we pulled our trailer up the Dempster Hwy to Inuvik, NWT. Do not recommend it, but it did result in some interesting stories (none of them bad).
Our trailer is a 25' 2014 Airstream Flying Cloud front bedroom with significant electrical upgrades for boondocking. We can camp 2 to 7 days without running our generator. We do not have solar (we live in rain country and camp year around). We tow with a GMC Sierra 3500HD Duramax 4X4 with single rear wheels.
Cec and Tom visited on there way to their winter destination. Both spent time chatting with myself and my brother. Thank You for tolerating our construction during your visit. My brother promises more ideal spaces next year during his visit. Do come visit again.
Time was limited with our guests due to farm work but we managed a few minutes. I wish I could of heard more about the Yukon from this friendly couple. Welcome to come back if they are ever in this area again.
Cec and Tom arrived in time to visit and share a glass of wine they had brought. Hearing about their trip to the Yukon was amazing. A friendly and enthusiastic couple to have as guests.
