I live in upstate/western New York State. For years I worked in a training position for the state of NY. My job often took me on the road throughout the state. But with the position came strict schedules. NY has many beautiful places and people. The USA is a beautiful country. Now that I am retired I would love to be able to take my time to get to where I'm going and to be able to take "that" road and see what's on the other side of "that" hill.... instead of having to be somewhere to meet someone at a certain time (as much as I liked that too). But I am on to the next chapter of life, enjoying home and family and friends, but willing to enjoy home and family and friends in other locations too.
I sing in a few choirs and play guitar (NOT at expert level) in my church choir. I like to garden and landscape and have done a bunch of projects around my house. I also have an interest in photography. . . and so many other things. I do a lot with my family.
Generally / so far, I have traveled to college baseball games in which my nephew's are playing. They can keep me pretty busy. I have stayed in the areas to do the "tourist thing" in NY, PA, WV, MD, NC and SC.
I have a 2016 motor home called a Rev. It is made by Dynamax, a division of Forest River. It is 24'long and 10'5" high. Officially it's a Class C --- but really a B+.
Magoose was a very easy guest. She came and went while attending local functions with family in the area and she barely made a sound. We hardly knew when she was arriving or leaving. We enjoyed a few chats together, a delightful person to get to know and the first to sign our new Boondockers Welcome guest book! Magoose is welcome back any time.
Ma Goose, was delightful to meet, although our actual time together was short, it was a sweet, as the saying goes. A very nice lady with a nice RV. We met up early before the many family events she was in the region to enjoy. She rolled in late in the evening after the events, hooked up to our electric line, and was gone again, early in the morning, off to meet up with her family again. I hope we have the pleasure of meeting up again. I'm sure you'll enjoy meeting Ma Goose if she comes your way or you go her way. She's welcome back here again, for sure.
