Overnight stop

Easy to find, level spot tucked in behind the warehouse with room in the alleyway to turn around. Electric available which we didn’t use since were politely asked not to use for heat. A few short trains passes nearby overnight, but not too bothersome. Overall a good spot to boondock for the night before getting back on the road.

Very generous and helpful

This member goes beyond the normal. He offered power, water, sewage dump and the chance to do laundry. He even called us to see if we needed him to pick us up something to eat. Amazing! His place is easy to get in and out of and is quiet. ( well the odd train whistle, no big deal ). We would recommend his place

Great place to stay with amazing host

We stayed with Tim for 2 nights on our way up to Detroit. He was kind, very nice and went out of his way to make up feel at home while we were in Toledo. He invited us out for supper and took us to a famous place in Toledo called Packos. He even paid for our dinner! (Which we tried to pay for but were very appreciative) he lets us plug in and even do our laundry while we were there!! Thanks Tom you made Toledo a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Great Stopover in Toledo

Friendly bost, & amenities as described on Boondockers welcome site. Easy space to maneuver in and out of. Good sun exposure if you have solar. Trains nearby, but other than that a very quiet neighborhood.

Everything I needed

This is a nice place. It's quiet except for the trains and the owner is nice and accomodating.

We really appreciate being able to stop in Toledo for a few days. It’s always nice being able to dump your tanks, and get a fresh start. Our host made sure we had everything we needed.

Very Helpful

A very helpful and communicative host. A nice stopover for us on our way home.

Large Grassy spot tucked away behind the building.

Short distance from interstate. Easy to find using Gps or cell phone. Host was very accommodating.
You do get train noise during the night as they blow their whistles as they cross the local road.

Quiet place

What a wonderful host. We wish he was there so we could meet him! He went out of his way for us - he let us stay when he didn’t know us, he cut the grass and gave us a nice safe spot in a busy city. We hope to return soon.

Nice Spot for a Br

Wonderful host and sadly he wasn’t home but he provided us with fresh water, electric and a place to dump. We got there early in the day and had a lovely lunch there. Hopefully next time we are heading through Toledo we can stay and have a visit with him.
