We're Mary and Earl, from Cajun country South Louisiana. We started RV'ing about 10 years ago, mostly local with our friends. After upgrading to a new, larger and more comfortable fifth-wheel 3 years ago, we ventured out on long-distance trips for as long as our "vacation time" allowed and loved every minute of it. We've recently retired (early 2018) and really looking forward to slowing it down a bit - stop rushing to get back.... and the opportunity to do all the things we've read so much about. But, with a new adventure - we've just accepted a workamping assignment for the summer months as an opportunity to earn money while traveling. We can't wait to meet new friends and share a great Cajun meal ... let's go!
Earl is "can do" or will figure it out- DIY electrical, plumbing, building. And Mary ... loves to garden, loves to cook and heirloom tomatoes

Haven't had the chance yet..... but looking forward to the opportunity!

CajunsToGo were only here for a short stay, but we want them to come back so we can get better acquainted! We had weekend guests in our home, so we didn't get to spend time with them :(
It was an absolute pleasure to host Mary & Earl. They went above and beyond as guests. We thoroughly enjoyed learning from them about Workkamping and their travels. They even provided a wonderful dinner of red beans and rice for us! Hope to keep in touch.
We have enjoyed these two every time they’ve stayed on their way to new adventures! Looking forward to the next time!
We really enjoyed hosting Mary and Earl! We had a lot in common - Mary helped clean out some garden beds and shared her love of cooking. We’ll be keeping in touch and hope to host them again if they’re in the area!
Mary and Earl were fantastic guests. Earl was nice enough to share his vast mechanical and repair skills with me. He even hung a new thermostat for me. Nice guy. Mary is just as nice and is a wonderful conversationalist. They are welcome back anytime..
