We have traveled and worked extensively from the Salmon fisheries of Alaska to the frozen ice sheets of a winter over in Antarctica. Our travels also include Island hopping the South Pacific and the Grenadines of the Caribbean. A stent grooming the ski slopes of two major ski areas in the Western US rounds out our adventures.
Myself and Brandy both come from Agricultural backgrounds so cleaning a barn, changing irrigation water or bucking bales is no stranger to us. We both love the outdoors and particularly the water, we have been kayaking together for over 25 years and currently bought a 19 foot WW Potter and have been learning to sail. We love to meet new people to share our adventures and hear about the journeys of others who have the lust to wander.
I have professional skills in construction and heavy equipment operation. I have also been a certified driver trainer. We both enjoy home remodeling, public speaking, sailing and kayaking. Brandy has a degree in Drafting Technology and a certificate in interior design with a love for color and woodworking.

We travel in a fully self contained 2017 Rockwood GeoPro 14 feet long no slides pulled by a 2010 Toyota RAV 4. No funky colors we can blend into any neighborhood or landscape like a local. As a professional truck driver I can back it anywhere uphill or down around corners I'll put it there with ease.
We hosted The Vernon's in late 2017 and fully enjoyed hearing about their extensive travels. As farmers we have limited opportunity to travel so hearing of others experiences and especially of their recommendations is important to us.
They were great guests!
We spent an evening with these folks, and got to share in their adventures! Wonderful guests, hope they make it back for a visit.
Trekking_Vernons were great guests. Being new to Boondockers we didn't know what to expect. They arrived as planned, were quiet and self contained. We really enjoyed hearing about their travels, and saw lots of great pictures! They brought some awesome handmade gifts which we love!!
This well-traveled couple stayed with us for a night just recently. We had very good conversations with them and they were very interesting to visit with. They are certainly welcome to stay here again should their travels bring them our way.
