It is fun to me guests From other countries exploring in such a way as to “become a local”
They joined my friends and I for “A Taste of NY” event. Good food, good music, good people. It doesn’t get any better❤️
Meet this delightful couple when we were Boondocking in RI, and we were delighted when they found there way up to Canada so we could host them. Best wishes for their continuing journey.
Gerymichaeli are the most adventurous couple we have met so far. They constantly kept on the go during their short time staying with us and were always gracious and respectful. We enjoyed their brief visit with us very much and would highly recommend them to anyone considering hosting them.
Nice visit with them. She is quiet; he is chatty. Enjoyed learning about their life and they were interested in our travels to Canada and Alaska. He enjoyed one of our local adventures of rafting Brown's Canyon on the Arkansas River.
We enjoyed talking with Geri & Dodo, there english is very good. We enjoyed hearing of their travels thru the U.S. They are welcome back if they get back this way.
It was so fun getting to know these people. Makes me think the world is not so big after all. Wish we had more time to visit. We recommend getting to know them.
We were having a rain storm when Gery and Dodo arrived so they just parked their motorhome and stayed in. The next day it was still raining so another day of rest. Finally the day they were leaving we did have some sunshine so they were able to enjoy the peaceful river view for a short while. They were great guest and we would welcome them back anytime.
Lovely couple. Had an interesting evening chatting over dinner.
Come back anytime.
We almost didn't accept the boondocking request as we already had four boondockers on our property when they requested to stay but we reluctantly accepted. Wow! Soooo glad we accepted their request as we had the most incredible visit with them. They even changed their scheduled plans on Friday to come back to the house to meet and visit with my 89 year old father. He drove over an hour each way in order to spend a few precious hours getting to meet them and talking with them about their homeland Israel. What a wonderful experience for us and especially for my father. We are very grateful for the memories that will forever be cherished. Thank you Gery and Dodo for your unselfish kindness. Shalom!
They were quiet guests. I had to go out to dinner, when I got home we visited for a while. They are welcome back anytime.
Their stay was short but very enjoyable. They are a very nice and interesting couple and we really enjoyed their company. We would be happy to host them again as they are very easy going.
A courteous, kind couple who we never met!
They came in while we were out and left early in the morning.
So sorry we didn't get to meet.
However, Geri was very courteous and respectful and they would be welcome back any time.
We hosted this couple one evening this week. They are a very nice couple and their stay was much too short. We had a nice visit with them upon arrival and a short visit before they had to continue on their travels in the morning. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time with them. If your get a chance to host them, I would definitely recommend doing it. They are welcome back again.
