We're Beth and Mark Haskell, married for thirty years, retired, and both love to explore new places. Former sailors, we are now visiting areas we didn't visit by boat at seven miles per hour.
Our preferred method of travel is to pick a destination, then leave plenty of time to wander and stop at towns and natural areas that we stumble across. We both love to photograph wildlife and landscapes. Mark will stop to take pictures of anything railroad related.
When we aren't traveling we volunteer for FIRST Robotics (Team 900), Durham Sail & Power Squadron, and Project Linus.
If you are stuck inside on a rainy day with nothing better to do, you can read about our adventures and see photos at www.svIntuition.blogspot.com
Reasonably good photographic and (mostly Mac OS) computer skills. Handy with simple RV and Boat systems. Beth has sewing and needle craft skills. Both of us volunteer with a FIRST High School robotics team. Mark sings with an a cappella men's chorus.
A cat at home, but he doesn't travel with us.
