We have the wanderlust and just are not ready to return to the "normal" life of living in one place. There are just too many nice people and neat places to explore while we are still able.
We spent the last 10 years sailing around the world on our 44 foot catamaran and enjoyed that very alternative lifestyle. Now we are ready to use our RV to explore the country we love and learn more about our neighbor to the north. Life is too short and unpredictable to retire in the normal sense. Thus, it is the boondockers life for us.
We are in our mid and late 60s.
Spent the last 10 years keeping our boat in shape, thus we are familiar with gensets, diesel engines and general upkeep project. Mary Margaret is a wonderful cook.
Originally from Dana Point, CA but that was before we starting sailing in 2008.

What a fantastically delightful couple, They have a brand spanking new 40' class-A which will certainly dignify any boondocking location at which it is parked. They gave us a tour of the inside and it is like a traveling palace, for sure. Dave and Mary Margaret have stayed at my host site twice, once on October 2017 and they came back to stay again at the end of November. I especially enjoyed Mary Margaret's cooking and also sitting on the patio watching the beautiful Arizona sunsets while in deep conversation and while drinking fine scotch and smoking some nice Cubans with Dave. I will miss them when they are gone, certainly appreciated their generosity, wish them safe travels, and hope that they someday return for another visit.
