We are both artistic types...one is an architect and the other a writer/musician/visual artist. Our first language is English, but we also speak fluent French. We have one adult son who lives in B.C. (we hope to trailer out to see him next year). Our "other" child is a furry little dog who loves people but is nervous about meeting new dogs, even though he gets along with the friendly ones. We acquired our 17' ultralight trailer in June 2017 and have been busy learning how to use it ever since. After two stays in large Quebec campgrounds, we find ourselves wishing to meet more English-speaking glampers. Consequently, we are turning our attention to campgrounds in the U.S.A. and Ontario, and to boondocking. We welcome any suggestions as to parks in upper Vermont, Maine, and New Hampshire.
Our new Prolite Escapade ultralight trailer is 17', and is fully equipped with toilet and shower. There is one slide-out. The combined length of our SUV and trailer is 35'. We would appreciate it if our hosts could provide us with the address of the nearest dumping station when we arrive.
