A little over a year ago, we decided to pack up our lives to become full-time RVers. It started with a road trip down the eastern coast, hitting city after city and wondering why life couldn't be like this all the time...
Then, we realized, it could. We bought an RV, got her ready for boondocking, and started out to explore the country. So far, we've been able to complete a loop around most northern states, and have spend the first half of 2017 exploring the southwest. We know we move a little fast, but there's so much to see!
We also fall into the category of digital nomads. While Andy attends graduate school for data analysis and tutors fellow students, Cori works as an Account Manager for an online company. This means that our workweeks are generally quiet, with most of the hiking and adventuring saved for the weekend!
Andy is experienced with all sorts of carpentry and electrical work. While doing said work, Cori is great at tool holding, tool retrieving, tape ripping, ladder stabilizing, and the here-wipe-this-off's. Oh, and we both love to cook!
Any place quiet and secluded.
We hail from Buffalo, NY, the city of good neighbors. While it may have gotten a bad rap for a while, Buffalo has seen a recent resurgence that rivals some of the greatest comebacks. Even though we've been full-time RVers for over a year, the Nickel City will always be home.
We drive a 31ft Class C. Tig the Rig, or Tiggy Tioga, if you will. She's been outfitted with solar power and sturdy tires for a life of boondocking in the backwoods. Even though she's 10, you'd swear the old girl doesn't look a day over 5. We have two slide-outs, and you can tell it's us from our beloved Buffalo Bills decal in the back window.
