We are a young family of three with our dog and cat too. We are always on the go and looking for new adventures. We enjoy all kinds of activities including ATV/SXSing, dirtbiking, seadooing, fishing, hiking, DIY, etc!
Mechanical skills, DIY and ingenuity, we are both pretty well rounded, feel free to ask!
A Australian Cattle Dog or Blue Heeler who typically travels with us and our indoor/outdoor cat who chills at home when we travel.
This is our second year with our camper! Last year we traveled along most of the eastcoast and enjoyed some other areas in Ontario while our little one was young and easy to travel with.
The next few years we are off to northern Labrador and plan to explore the area quite a bit.
We are local to the Ottawa Valley and grew up here, so ask away! There is lots to do and see in this beautiful location.
Recently we have redone a 1996 Ford F-350 to haul our "new to us" 1997 Coachman truck camper. Truck is large with a crewcab and 8ft box.
It was a pleasure to meet these people and host them. They are kind and quiet visitors. We recommend this family and the sweet little dog that travels along with them. Hopefully we will boondock at their place soon !
We had a great stay at RJLG. The hosts were helpful and knowledgable about the area. It is a beautiful location. We were busy getting ready for a fishing tournament and they were busy as well so we didn't see a lot of each other. I woukd definitely recommend a stay!

Our hosts graciously accepted our stay request although they were away from home. They let us know where to park and even provided information about the nearest site to fill up our water tank and the best road to get to their place. We parked on a level spot in the driveway of their waterfront rural property. We had a very peaceful night at this boondocking location! Our only regret is that we did not have the chance to meet our hosts and thank them in person!
