Nice, semi-crazy- but fun. Huge animal lover. Don't drink, smoke or do drugs.
We'd welcome folks from any age, sex, orientation religious & political beliefs etc. We don't care who you are as long as you're a good human. :-)
Mac/IT, animals (rescue, bottle-feeding), auto mechanics...
Cat, 2 rats.
Whiskey Falls, Slab City, BLM/National Parks.
2017 18’ ProMaster custom camper with a Sportsmobile top. Composting toilet, solar, and no propane or grey/black tanks. It's hook-up-ready for standard 110V plug. When there's no plug available, the solar set up can be used (if you don't mind my putting out the panel or putting on top of the van.)
This is the third time we've hosted Virgo and at this point, he's pretty much family!
He was super nice and very friendly. He was our first boondocker and it was a perfect experience. We would highly recommend him if he's in your area.
Virgo is the only person we've hosted more than once. It is great that BW is not only providing a service, but building friendships. Looking forward to continuing our friendship with this amazing and kind man!
VocalVirgo stayed with us 1 night. We didn't actually meet in person due to our schedules, but texted back and forth a few times. Seems like a real nice person. I would definitely host him again!
We had such a great time hosting Virgo on the farm. When he arrived, we chatted for two hours about anything and everything. He is extremely witty and has such a kind heart towards animals. We enjoyed hosting him so much, we joked that we should pay him to stay with us. Looking forward to hosting him again in the future.
Super fun host, so much knowledge of the area and willing to share. We have the same van and I now know so much more about how mine works. From the welcome sign on the garage to the quiet, beautiful street, could not have asked for more! Wish we had more time to visit.
