After trying the American dream, we decided to design a life where we could travel, live small and sustainability, and actually enjoy ourselves and our work without going broke. We currently have a renovated 1974 Airstream travel trailer and are seeing the country, looking for new friends and interesting places!
We'll stop for:
-waterfalls, hikes, foraging, oceans, woods, and parks
-farmer's markets and local shops.
-excellent burgers and local food
-architectural salvage and junk shops
-space to stretch our legs and hike
-wi-fi and coffee
-breweries and vineyards
-interesting experiences and a good time.

We both enjoy cooking, and have other homesteading type skills we are happy to share! Dan is pretty handy with mechanical things, and Leanne knows about young children. Luna and Bailey are happy to lick your face, be adorable, and chase all the squirrels away.
We have two pups: Luna and Bailey.
Luna has been with us for 7 years, and is now a big (adoptive) sister! She's a lab mix who enjoys sleeping in front of the woodstove, new smells, hiking, and being outside with her people. She's super sweet and well-behaved.
Bailey is a coonhound and our newest family member. She's about 2 years old and a giant bucket of love. Bailey enjoys snuggling on your lap, sleeping on the couch, looking for squirrels and other fuzzy creatures, and playing with Luna.
None to share yet...
Our home is a 27 ft long renovated 1974 Airstream travel trailer, which we pull with a truck.
Leanne and Dan stayed in touch with us so we would know when to expect them. They and their two beautiful dogs were very quiet guests. As they only stayed one night, we didn't get to interact with them very much, but we were happy to make their acquaintance and we wish them the best on their journeys!
We hosted this young adventurous couple for two nights. Love sharing their story and picking their brains about their full-time adventures! Their pup Luna is about as sweet as you can get. Looking forward to seeing them again next summer!
