Poor Contact

This couple reserved camping with us 2 months ago for last evening at 6PM. They then confirmed and we confirmed the stay about a month ago. We waited on them last evening and they never showed nor did they contact us to let us know they were not coming. I finally did receive notice that they were cancelling 13 hours after they were to arrive. They did not show a courtesy of our time. The least they could have done is cancelled as soon as they knew they were not going to arrive at the 6PM time.
