We are Richard, a recently retired pastor who has been on disability for 6 years, and Ginny who is a recently retired school teacher. We have lived in Florida most of our lives, and are eventually moving to Tennessee. We have just sold her mothers's place, where we had been living and purchased a pre-owned Gulf Stream BT Cruiser - 24 foot and tow a Nissan Versa four down, which is now our only home. This trip is a goal we have had to see as much of North America and it's beauty and it's people as possible before we settle down in Chattanooga TN. We are brand new to the RV world, although we pulled a pop=up since 2006, Our last trip with the popup was from Florida to Maine. We are looking to hear from those who have much more experience then we do in this endeavor, and to learn about things and people who live off the main highways. We have traveled quite a bit in our lifetime and have been to the Caribbean. Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Some day we hope to visit the land down under if our health and funding hold out. We are quiet campers and look forward to meeting so many of you on our way. We thank you for offering us a welcome respite from the noise of this world.
we have some expertise in electronics - can handle a computer pretty well, but not as mechanically inclined as was in the past
we are looking to see as much of the US as possible - primary Pacific NW
2006 Gulf Stream 24 foot BT Cruiser with 2016 Nissan Versa in tow - no decorations and no bumper stickers- just plain Jane - BT has one slide out
It was great to have PastorQ stop for a night with us. We were a little busy with other things but it all worked out ... We got them hooked up to some electric and they set out to roam around our city for a bit ... The next morning we had a nice visit and although they were on the last leg of their bucket list before settling into their new home we covered a bit of their journey with them ... Welcome to Tennessee PastorQ ... Keep on Keeping ON ... Larry and Sarah ...
We really enjoyed having this couple stay with us. We sat around the kitchen table and chatted about our mutual travels, church, and other topics. We felt like we had known them a long time, and will look forward to a future visit!
It was our great pleasure to host such a nice couple. They were with us a few days and we enjoyed sharing stories with them. We wish them all that is good as they travel this land.
It was our pleasure to host PastorQ for a couple of nights. Enjoyed sharing travel stories over a glass of wine. We wish them well in there travels.
We sure hope these guys have smooth waters from now on as they continue their bucket list journey homeward, as they have certainly had to deal with some 'stormy weather' recently, yet they still remained communicative and kept us informed during their delays in getting to us. We enjoyed a great chat and hope other Hosts make them deservedly welcome.
We really enjoyed having these folks with us and look forward to seeing them on the other side of the country in a year or so. Good conversation and good people.
We were gone when PastorQ arrived. They settled themselves into the site and stayed for a couple of days. We had a nice visit with them when we returned home. They even helped unload a couple of cords of firewood! We would welcome them back anytime.
Wish they could have "stuck" around for a few more days. Nice visit and easy to get along with. You won't be sorry for hosting them.
Very friendly couple. Here for 2 nights. Quiet and respectful. I wish that we had more time to visit more. We would definitely have them back again.
We are new hosts to Boondockers Welcome and PastorQ were our first guests. They arrived when they said they would, were helpful in making a needed adjustment to the parking area, and fun people to share a conversation and a few laughs with. Quiet, friendly, and easy-going -- a very enjoyable first experience with backyard boondockers!
Pastor and Mrs. Q were great guests! The kind of people you would like to have for good friends. Would enjoy having them back! (Ironically, just a few days earlier, we had both stayed with another Boondocker host at the same time. They were already there when we arrived after dark and we left in the morning and never even saw their rig, as it was on the opposite side of the building that we were! Didn't know it until they got to our place and were telling us where they had stayed!)Small Boondocking world!
A very enjoyable time playing pegs and jokers. Very friendly couple. Left early in the morning and gave us a nice thank you card. We hope to see them again.
You will find the PastorQ folks as nice as anyone can imagine. They are very knowledgeable and funny. Also they are very quiet campers. They are welcome to stay with us anytime they want. They visited some of the sites we suggested and had a great time.
Great couple very quite and I enjoyed the time we all spent around the campfire. Come back any time you're allways welcome. Thank you for finding my ring.
My wife and I enjoyed having PastorQ visit! The communication before the visit was very good and we enjoyed chatting during visit. PastorQ would be welcome to stay anytime!

Pastor Q and his bride we're a joy to host at our resting place this past Tuesday and Wednesday. They enjoyed visiting the area and we were blessed to spend a little time visiting with them. Definitely welcomed them to come spend additional time in the future if life and travel plans allow.

The parking spot was available and glad they could make use of it, they were shown parking spot by grandson since we weren't readily available. Next time hope we are there.
