Enjoying life with hubby and our extremely friendly Border Collie/ Sheltie dog, Dakota. This summer We are campground hosts for the Olympic National Park in Washington State. We have spent the last two winters near Blythe, California. We love nature and seeing wild animals.
We like the quiet and can sometimes seem like hermits staying to ourselves. We have been full-timers for almost three years as our only home is on wheels. We are enjoying the western United States and do not expect to drive back across the Mississippi. We are from Pennsylvania. We are grandparents and have four grandchildren.
John is a retired Park Ranger. He has also done drywall and painting.
Sara has taught college, managed group homes and vocational settings for people with disabilities, plays the organ, and has been a trainer.
Yes, an extremely friendly, five year old, Border Collie/Sheltie mix. His name is Dakota and believes his job here at Olympic National Park is to greet everyone. He carries his Bark Ranger tag on his camo saddlebag.
