We own several acres in a rural, wooded area of Chester County, Pa. Have space for 1 or 2 RVs either at the end of our driveway, in the front yard, or parking on the street. We live on a very peaceful cul-de-sac. Boondocking location can vary and may be at that end of our driveway or several locations on the property including on the street in front of our house. The on street parking is several hundred yards long and is secluded and quiet due to our rural location.
If you have a larger setup, please review the access road info and contact us to get more details about whether you can get to this location.
Follow Boondockers Welcome published rules.
We can accommodate any size RV but there is only one route into our neighborhood that will allow large RVs. Tree clearance and road width are a little tight for the largest 5th wheels and Class A's on the route in. The township has become complacent about keeping the trees trimmed back so if you have a tall rig keep a very close eye on the available clearances. Some of the trees limbs hang well below 14 ft especially when it is raining.
We get in and out with an F350 dually towing a 44ft 5th wheel with a 13 ft height and usually have no problems if we take our time. I would not want to try to get in or out of our neighborhood in the dark though.
If you are over 13ft tall I would probably recommend not trying to get your rig to our location.
Street parking or in circle of driveway

Nous avons été obligé de passé la nuit dans la rue car travaux de construction chez l'hôte. Certains voisins nous ont demandés si nous venions visiter des gens que nous connaissions.
Secteur très beau et tranquille dans un cul de sac.
We were forced to spend the night in the street because construction work at the host. Some neighbors asked us if we came to visit people we knew.
Very beautiful and quiet sector in a cul de sac.
We just loved our stay at Bobmoc’s!! We truly Boondocked on Bobs street outside his home, right next to a babbling creek.
The ground was wet up near the hookups, but we truly didn’t mind!
Bob was a friendly host, and was very accommodating.
Greeted us and our dog warmly on arrival showed us to our location to park and then left us to get set up. Invited us to wonderful bon fire wine and conversation. Great couple and sweet shy dog. We enjoyed our evening with them. Hit the road early so didnt get to say goodbye in person. Hope to see them again one day. Thank you again
