Have you stayed at this host location?
Leave a reference for this hostWe have a total of 30 acres; 10 up front on the creek with varying terrain plus 20 acres of woods adjacent (also with the creek). Upper level has hook ups for 1 rig but is spacious enough to accommodate 2 (so long as 2nd rig has alternate power options). And we suggest that pulling thru up here should be restricted to smaller rigs (under 35ft).
There are walking trails aplenty whether in the woods, along the creek or in the lower fields. We have a pond that is rumored to have fish but with the business of getting this place operational we have yet to explore the truth or fiction of the fish. DO NOT attempt to cross the wooden walkway bridge that connects the lower fields! It is in serious need of repair. And keep in mind that you are in the country... there are ticks and snakes and wild animals. We do our best to manage the critters but you are responsible for your own well being and safety. This is a beautiful place and we are happy to share it with you.
Please don’t smoke. Vaping is ok. Children’s laughter is a bonus. Prefer generators are not run during quiet hours (11pm - 6am) but exceptions are definitely made for extreme weather and if you are located far enough from the house then it certainly is not problem. Let us know if you need something... we happily share morning coffee (and tea) and eggs! We frequently let the chickens roam during the day so please don’t let your pups off leash (except in the lower fields). And please don't try to catch the chicks.
First of all I did answer YES to the pull through question BUT it varies depending on the size of your rig. The pull through option goes around the barn and larger rigs generally require a wider path. So you may need to be prepared for some maneuvering.
Driveway is gravel and somewhat steep but we have no difficulty towing our 35ft 5th wheel up and down and the previous owner had a 40ft. The concrete bridge coming in is strong enough and wide enough to accommodate any rig configuration. Maneuverability at the top of the hill works best for rigs under 35 but will accommodate any size so long as you are willing to take a little longer.
There is a lower level that can accommodate all sizes but has no hook ups and currently is unavailable due to the soft soil from snow and rain. We will keep you posted on its availability. Meanwhile, for those of you who have a Sprinter Van or some other type of smaller RV you'd be fine down there as the Power company use the same access road.
Parking for tow vehicles is with the RV. Plenty of space for both to park side by side or end to end.
White river and War Eagle creek are great sources for fishing, boating etc. Ozark National Forest provides great outdoor recreation experiences of all kinds. Only 45 minutes to Fayetteville for all your city desires. And there is so much more!
Such an idyllic country setting, and such gracious, welcoming hosts! Papamimi made us feel right at home and treated us like family. It was wonderful getting to know them and their acreage is gorgeous. They gave us a fantastic spot on the hill overlooking a beautiful valley that was waking up to spring, right next to the charming 100+ year old wood barn. Even lent us an adapter for electric hookup since ours had gone missing and let us fill our fresh tank onsite. We are so thankful for the chance to stay here and would recommend these hosts to anyone!
Papamimi were wonderful hosts, area was able to accommodate our 28 ft motorhome and jeep. The home owners were kind, welcoming, helpful and generous. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and town and it's a short drive from the coast. We would definitely stay here again!
With short notice and a Boondockers Welcome guest leaving the day we would be arriving, Lisa and Gary were willing to accomodate us and even extended their stay limit for us. Without them we would have not been able to visit Disneyland on this trip. Lisa and Gary were both warm and welcoming upon our arrival, offering us electricity and internet. Lisa and Gary, thankyou for your hospitality.
we boondock a lot and we met mostly friendly people. Lisa and Gary are more then friendly. I looks like we knew them so long. We were invited for a drink, get very nice avocado's from there tree and visit with them a soccer-match (that what really Dutch as we are). We had nice talkings and hope really to see them when we come over to the USA next year. It was great to meet them. So many thanks!!

I stayed two nights at this location. My hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Aside from providing electricity and wifi, they presented me with some fresh avocados from their tree! The area is very walkable, with restaurants and shops close by. Thank-you both so much for everything!
We were welcomed by friendly hosts who kindly offered us electic hookups to the level parking spot on the street in front of their home. This is a wonderful location for leaving your vehicle parked and walking around town. There are historic homes, restaurants, shops and parks all within a few blocks. We stayed a second night so we could see the Christmas lights on the older homes nearby.
We had a nice coversation upon arriving and another as we were leaving after 2 nights. They were great hosts and very accomodating. We would stay here again id in the area and enjoyed hearing about their travels.
We enjoyed staying here. They made sure our needs were met and we were comfortable while staying with them. Had a great morning coffee chat in a beautiful yard!
Papimimi thank you for your hospitality. I'M sorry I didn't leave a recommendation sooner. I'm new to the site and I don't know my way around it but thank you for letting us stay with you. you two were grate!!!!!
Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. Both of you are so gracious and I had a wonderful stay with you. When I need to be down that way again, I will certainly come for another visit.

We only stayed one night and thoroughly enjoyed it. They are a genuine couple who are very insightful and quite inspiring; so be sure to make room for conversation as they are a true delight. We definitely hope to see them again in the near future!
Wonderfully kind people! We even visited them twice and felt very welcome both times. Thank you so much for your hospitality and the interesting conversations. We had a great time.
Super friendly couple, who welcomed us on to their driveway with open arms! They provided us with everything that we needed. Really personal and warm individuals, we swapped RV/camper stories. Would have loved to stay longer! Hoping we get to see them again in the future (maybe in London!).
Thank you both so much!

PapaMimi were great hosts! They are very nice & genuine people with a big heart. They let us stay overnight in their drive way. Very professional & polite people that we would boondock with again + we extended an invitation for them to boondock with us in Florida. Thank you both for your hospitality! - Jon & Christi
This generous couple allowed me to stay in front of their house again. They are wonderful people and I now consider them friends.
I was hosted by this very nice couple for a couple of nights. I was given the option of driveway or street. I choose street and they had a cord out for me and all ready, which I needed after I had a battery issue. The neighborhood is beautiful. It was only a few miles away from the place I was at a meeting 12+ hours per day. They were in communication with me and were still up to help me get settled. Very professional, easy to interact with, and great place. Outstanding place to stay!
