We were welcomed warmly and even had a nice chat and a few laughs😀
No bicycle 🚲ride with our host as it rained all day.
Thank you so much for your great Hospitality and the many 🍎 Apples. We greatly appreciate everything.
God bless you.
Richard and Joyce have been superb hosts. They epitomize the quality of folks on the road now and providing an incredible service for those of us in need of a safe and pleasant location for a few nights. We sat out on their back porch one evening and shared a range of stories about our respective experiences. They live in a rural setting that is so quiet at night, I find myself sleeping very, very well. The location is a short jaunt to the National Capital Region and many tourist locations that many folks come to see.
Richard was very helpful in consulting with me on a number of issues I had experienced with my new Lance. He knew just the lubricant or silicone to recommend. I ran into a small problem with a plumbing leak in my bathroom sink that was a bit beyond our collective experiences and he was able to recommend me into a very well respected and highly recognized Trailer/RV dealer in Stittsville, nearby. We look forward to returning next year when we are back in the Ottawa area visiting my wife's mother.
We had a wonderful, restful overnight on our first boondocking visit. Easy to find, quiet, level, private spot with lovely, friendly hosts! Highly recommended.
Warm, friendly and welcoming hosts. Location is in small quiet country enclave. Parking space was in a driveway with a sleight slope. Had no problem leveling my 35' RV. Host provided 15 amp electric.
I arrived on a night when they were having a special dinner for friends. They invited me in to join them. Joyce is a superior cook.
I feel they went well over and above any expectation a boondocker could have for a stopping site. They were helpful with touring info and recommedations. The experience left me with a warm and comfortable feeling.
