Our hosts were traveling but they provided us with water, sewer and electricity (we only used the electricity - 30amp). They left their neighbors in charge and we became fast friends. It was a delightful stay and we will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.
We arrived later than anticipated and Darrell met us at the end of the driveway with his flashlight! Great communication and directions. Easy to hook up. Had a great cup of coffee and conversation in the morning. So glad we stopped!! Our pup Dax loved being able to play in Their huge yard. Thank you for the rv travel tips and apps to check out!
We originally met these folks when they were our very first boondocker guests. Then, as well as now, they have been very generous in sharing information about RV life. They have a spacious and flat property and offer lots of amenities. They are very interesting folks and have wonderful senses of humor and great stories to share. We feel we have made lifelong friends and our dogs love them too.
Thank you again very much for your hospitality, we had a very good night. We like your way of living your life! Keep doing it!!
Greetings from the Swiss
Lovely couple who love to travel. Welcomed us and showed us where the hook ups were.
Large area to park, quiet and rural yet still close to amenities.
We need propane on our way out and they showed us where to get it and it was cheap too!
Had a nice evening with them, great conversation and had stayed at some other BW’s as them!
Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to all.
Pleasant welcoming couple with lots of information about the local area. We shared RV and life stories.
I hope to visit again.
Even though hosts were away doing volunteer work, we were welcomed to use their property, making our long drive from Upcountry SC to the coast of NC tolerable. Hosts advised a neighbor that we'd be coming and he welcomed us personally upon arrival. Property was easy to find per host's instruction, level and perfect for our 40'. Host said we were welcome to use 30 amp service, which we declined since we were given the ok to use our quite in-rig generator for AC in the high-temp weather and didn't feel confident about driving our big rig further onto the property following rain. Communication via BW site was clear and helpful. This was our first Boondockers Welcome experience and we were very pleased.
We were only in for one night but these are some of the nicest people we've ever met.
Our hosts were very patient, helpful, and fun to talk to. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again if we we’re in town!
Great first Boondockers Welcome experience. Easy in, easy out, plenty of room and great people. Delayed arrival because of bad weather but they were patient with us and very welcoming. It was perfect for us on our route for a one night stay, wish it could have been longer. Very nice couple, felt a bond with them immediately. Hope we see them again.
My oh my!
We recently stayed with these new hosts and gained some knowledge of things we were on the fence about. With Hurricane Irma in our path, and not knowing if we'd have a house to come home to, it made our decision a bit clearer as to going full time.
We shared stories of our love for sailing, and now we're looking for another sailboat (thanks, CWOSGT!) so we can spend part of the year on the water. We wish we weren't on our way home and could've spent another day talking about mutual interests. We heard about their boating travels of the Great Loop, of which we've not experienced yet.
Thanks for your gracious hospitality, and we loved our name written in the grass!

BTW, we're home!
They have a great location and set up for travelers. So welcoming and accommodating! We enjoyed riding our bikes around Wagram, very cute area. Thanks for hosting us!
My wife and I only stayed one night, but were able to spend some quality time with our hosts. They were very willing to accomodate our needs. We woud recommend them highly to anyone, and would like to stay with them again if we return to their area!!!
