Leave a reference for this hostDriveway and pull out that's fairly level on two acre rural lot off an uphill dirt road approach. Need to back in to take advantage of water and 30 amp electric. Nice view looking south down the valley. Quiet.

Nice neighborhood out in the country. Great place for a peaceful nights rest
We enjoyed our short stay at Dave and Lori’s place. They greeted us upon arrival and showed us where to parks, next to their Airstream. It was a level spot with great views of the VT country. We chatted with them for about half hour and they are very friendly and outgoing. Wish we could’ve spend more time getting to know these two Navy vets.....thanks for your service!!
Dave and Lori we're wonderful hosts and shared a campfire under a star filled sky.Great fun to share experiences with other adventurous folks. The view from their location is as Vermont as it gets.We look forward to visiting again.
It is always nice to meet new friends. D and L were fabulous hosts and checked on me often to make sure I had everything. What a beautiful view from the deck of their home! We had drinks and conservation. They told me of their many adventures while traveling 10 years as full-timers. If you are looking for a comfortable place with some very nice new friends you have found the spot!
Thank you D & L!
We loved our two night stay in Randolph! Our hosts were friendly and helpful, yet we also enjoyed our privacy. The communication and directions before our visit were appreciated,
as well as the guidance in helping us plan our daily adventures in the area.
Beautiful spot!
Very friendly, great couple. We enjoyed hearing about their stays in Wyoming - and other travels.
Once we got our rv parked (a little tricky for a long rig) it was great! Took their advice on local scenery (loved the thrift store 😊). Beautiful area, fall color!
Friendly host came out to help us back in. Gave good insight on what to do in the area.
Gave us plenty of privacy yet fully available if we needed anything.
Note granite museum and the Montpelier museum both closed on Sunday and Monday, so we missed both. Don't miss Hope Cemetery.
We really enjoyed our stay with Dave and Lori.
Our host were welcoming. They showed us where we could park and had prepare the 30 amp connexion so that we could use it. The location is in the magnificient Vermont mountains landscape. We felt at home and had a nice stay et their location.. We are grateful to our host.
D and L were very hospitable! Helped us back in and gave us tips for the local area. They are a wealth of knowledge and I would stay there anytime!
These fine people typify the friendly and gracious folks who volunteer their properties for fellow RVers. It was a priviledge to stay overnight with them and get to know them. A great stay for us; which we really appreciate.
Such gracious hosts and beautiful countryside.
Dave and Lori could not have been more friendly and accommodating. They made us feel right at home during our brief stopover. Randolph is a lovely town and they have a gorgeous view from their hillside property. Thanks Dave and Lori!!
Dave was most welcoming and very accommodating!!
I had recently bruised my ribs, prior to our arrival and Dave let us extend our stay to give my body time to recover.
He gave us many recommendations of things to see and even introduced us to some local friends AND another couple of Boondocker’s Welcome people near where we were headed next!!
Highly recommend this stay... the view and gardens are lovely!!
Next time we will look forward to meeting his wife, who was not there during our stay!!
Very much enjoyed our stay with Dave & Lori. Hope they visit with us down south some day.
Travelers Rest
Our first time Boon docking was with Dave and Lori. We had such a Great experience we got to share some camping experiences with each other and chatted for a bit. Dave helped us get our trailer set up with power. Graciously offered us water and Wi-Fi also. There beautiful home has a great view of Vermont. Dave assisted us with directions and information about the area. Super hosts we hope we find ourselves in Vermont again in the future.
We enjoyed our stopover at Dave and Lori"s immensely. They were very helpful and accommodating to us and our 2 dogs, with a great site...water and power supplied.Their beautiful home is in a convenient location and we enjoyed getting to know our hosts, in the short time we were there. Thanks, Dave and Lori!!
This was our first Boondockers site since joining the week before, and they were amazing. We were met as we arrived and they guided us into our level site. They both were very gracious Hosts, providing many details about etiquette, do's & don'ts with other Hosts. We would recommend them to everyone as a place to visit when you are passing nearby!!!
Delighted with my stay. Beautiful location convenient to the delightful town of Randolph. Only 4 miles off I-89. Truly a slice of heaven here.
Dave was right there when we drove in. Helped us back in. We needed an extension for the electricity and Dave had in strung out for us instantly. Fantastic views and great people. We really enjoyed visiting with them. They were exetremely helpful on local sites. Can't recommend them highly enough!!!
As we arrived Dave was right there to help us get in and set up. Within minutes of meeting them it felt like we were trying to catch up with family or old friends! These people are so enjoyable to spend time with and have such a great sense of humor together or separately! They had no problem with us fielding them dozens of questions; they are such a great resource of what FULL TIME RVing is all about and Alaska! Easily observed they are such positive people who enjoy family, friends, and who make the most of their time and life! Hope to stay connected and catch them another time.
Good to finally meet up with Dave and Lori after crossing paths for years. We had a great time remembering all the places we have been and the people we know in common. Also a wonderful place to stay for a couple of nights up in the hills of Vermont.
When I arrived, Dave was there to guide me as I backed-into the spot, and wow, what a spot! Views of the mountains to the south plus Lori's beautiful flower garden! They even had an old-fashioned clothes line, and due to a faulty dryer in town, I had some damp clothes, so their clothes line was much appreciated. Very nice and very accommodating hosts, thank you Dave and Lori!
As I pulled up Dave came running out to help me park my rig in his driveway. As I started backing up, out the door came his wife Lori to also help me back it up.
After Dave helped me by supplying 30 amp and water he invited my wife and I out back to his deck where Lori had some hard boiled eggs along with some nachos and cheese waiting for us. To our surprise up the hill came their neighbor Chris to also welcome us. What a great time the 5 of us had chatting about this and that and staring down the valley at the town. What a beautiful view this was. Afterwards Dave and Lori invited us along with Chris to go with them to a local restaurant where we ate supper and then to top the evening off Dave took us for a ride through town showing us the local sites.
We were blessed with a great evening and great hosts.
Words can't describe how great these two are! Very welcoming and great spot to crash for the night. Went out of their way to make our stay great and hope to run into them again soon!
