The parking spot is a little tricky to navigate in a circular driveway. There’s lots to do in the area; Amish community, wineries & a beautiful bike trail with an entrance just down the road (rode our bikes to entrance). Host provided electric, WIFI password & a list of farm markets in the area after we inquired. Only minus is the fast traffic on the road with limited vision to the north. Host explained how to handle exiting.
This was perfect location for exploring the area. Plenty of shade and a big fenced area for my dog. My 27 ft RV fit just right. Sadly, the wasn't enough time to talk about all of our shared interests. I'd be happy to visit again.
This is my second time at this location. The hosts greeted me when I arrived and helped me hook up electric.
My dog and I enjoyed the afternoon in the fenced in yard. Just lovely.
I enjoyed spending an afternoon and evening at this host location. Very welcoming and I hope to be able to visit again.
They are close to Nelson Ledges State Park which is great for hiking, scrambling over and under rocks and seeing gorges and waterfalls. They welcomed us with a list of wineries and were very accommodating. This is a great place to stay if you are in the area.
Very much enjoyed talking to 3beans. We were comfortable and felt welcome. Ate at a place they recommended and it was excellent.
Friendly nice people. They called to check on me and gave great directions to their location. I travel this way fairly often and would stay with them anytime. Thank you 3beans!
These hosts are very gracious and helpful. Forgiving for sure when I had difficulty finding their location. I was immediately hooked up to electrical. And then allowed to close up and catch up on much needed sleep. I highly recommend 3 beans hosts.
These hosts were very gracious. We arrived a little later then we planned they were kind enough to stay up and wait for us providing hookups. The next morning they invited our dog into play with their dogs and it was a real lot of fun. I would certainly recommend them.
Wonderful hosts. Nice location although you need to come before dark. The entrance is a little tricky in the dark, but wonderful hosts. Hopefully I can return the hospitality!

We had an amazing time. They were so warm and helpful. We would definitely come back! See you next year!!!!!
Stayed with these fantastic hosts. Invited us into their home, offered water hookup, electric and allowed our dogs the run of their fenced in back yard. It was a lot of fun watching their three dogs with our three run amok! Charming people. Thank you very much! We hope to meet you again!
