We are located approximately half way between Las Vegas and Death Valley in the beautiful Pahrump Valley. The boondocking spot is in front of the house so you can pull in and pull straight out when you leave. You will be parking on gravel. Slideouts/awnings ok if on passenger side of vehicle. One pet would be welcome.
No generator during quiet hours of 10pm to 7am
1 dog only please
Clean up after pet. We have a completely fenced backyard where your dog is welcome to run for some exercise. Just let us know before you go in the backyard so we can make sure our dog is in the house.
No smoking on property
Easy access from the major highways.
Street parking in front of house.
Available generally from mid-August through mid-May.
Winter and spring are especially nice times to come through, especially if you're going to visit Death Valley. Please send us a message to see if the spot is available when you'll be coming by.
We do a lot of last minute trips in the summer, but feel free to give us a shout and see if we can accommodate you.

The Desert Rats are wonderful. They invited us to have a lovely chat before bedding down.
We spent one night there and we wish we spent more! The location was great - only a one hour drive from Death Valley. Mountains are wonderful there and so was our boondockers stay :)
Thank you for hoting us, you made our trip even better than it was.
Wishing you the best,
Our hosts were welcoming and invited us in when we arrived. We chatted a few hours sharing stories. Nice people. Glad we met them!
We stayed for one night in front of their house on our way from Death Valley to Red Rocks. We spent a very nice evening with them and they are a really nice and helpful couple. They even let us bathe our little daughter in their bathtub.
We stayed one night at this Boondocker location on our way to Death Valley National Park. They were very nice and accommodating. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay there again. Quiet, nice neighbourhood. Thank you again!
Marylin and Glen are very nice and friendly. We had some car problems while we were there and they were very helpful and supportive. And they make the best fruit smoothies ever!
