Parking is on a residential street beside my house in a safe and very quiet neighborhood. There is about 65 ft to use. I’m 1 mile off Hwy 99. All paved roads. You can plug into a 15 amp outlet. Enough for lights and charging your batteries but not enough to run your AC. I can supply water to fill your tanks. There is a dump available. To use it you have to back into the driveway with a slope to it. What I do with my 32’ Class A is back up to the garage door than put some blocks under the front jacks and raise them all the way to level it.
Our host was very nice and we enjoyed visiting with him and wife after dinner. Very easy in and out. Quiet night and great neighborhood for taking a walk. Thank you for the electric to keep the battery charged. Definitely recommend here.
Great place to stop and take a much needed rest. Host is super kind and accommodating. Parking on street with no worries at all. 15A is perfect for keeping the batteries charged. Town provides all the essentials in close proximity. Thoroughly enjoyed the conversations & hospitality. I’ll definitely stop by when I’m back in the area.
We so enjoyed staying at Bud's and meeting with him and his wife. The spot was level and having hook ups was a treat! Thank you
My first Boondockers stay and it was great. Parked on a quiet street and was offered power and water. Didn’t need them, but the offer was very nice. I spent an hour or so visiting with Bud, in his back yard, had a delightful time. It was a perfect low key ending to a long day of driving in heavy wind, as in a 45mph crosswind.
We were passing through Sacramento area and stayed at Bud's place for the night. He very pleasantly welcomed us and checked in with us in the morning.
Bud was an excellent host. He came out to greet us, with social distancing procedures being followed. He offered hook-ups but we did not need them since we were there for only an overnight stay.
The place is in a quite and RV friendly neighbourhood. Lots of home owners with RV’s parked in front of their homes.
Love to visit this place again and have an opportunity to socialize with this friendly host.
Bud was very accommodating in setting us up for the evening. We only stayed overnight but we were able to connect to 15 amp power and water supplied from his house. Bud's house is located in a very nice neighbourhood and we would recommend staying here.
Bud provided excellent directions even though we missed his house the first time around-ha ha. His parking, made easier by pulling up along the side of his house, was long enough for our 30’ trailer & truck without unhooking. He offered us wine and nice conversation and was kind enough to provide electricity. Bud’s is close enough to Hwy99 for easy on/off but very quiet at night. Thanks for the stay.
Just stopped in for a quick stay. Easy parking and very quiet neighborhood. Thanks Bud!
R&L are a very special couple. I was warmly welcomed and was asked several times if there was anything else I needed.
They put my fresh tuna in the freezer when my solar turned off. Thank you so much!
We enjoyed Bud and Linda's company immensely. We are now more educated about India pale ales as a result!
It's a great, safe and quiet neighborhood.
It's been a pleasure. Thank you.
Many thanks for facilitating a quick overnight stopover. Nice guy, super easy to get to, and no hassles at all.
Bud was a nice host who welcomed me to his home. We had some good conversation while I was there. Would definitely stay there again if I come back that way.
It is my second time staying with Bud, and everything was just perfect again! The location is very convenient if you have business in Sacramento like I did, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and Bud is a super nice and generous host -- Thank you!
Perfect! Nice and quiet neighborhood close to Sacramento. Super nice host, so welcoming and helpful. I had a wonderful stay, thank you so much!
