We have a small house in Murray Harbour PEI Canada [see photos] and welcome the RV traveler to our driveway. We have 30 amp power available and water, and we will provide hospitality. PEI is a lovely place to visit. We have nearby Provincial Parks at reasonable prices if you prefer. We have 2 kayaks that you can use.
Wine time at 4 p.m.
Fine road conditions everywhere
On our lawn
Beautiful ocean views, harbour 2 blocks from our home, winery within driving distance, small general store nearby as well as local restaurants
Where shall we start? On a scale of 1 to 10, Larry and Wendy definitely deserve a 12! They are as warm as welcoming as fun to talk with as you could imagine, and more. As soon as we arrived, Larry offered electricity and water for our RV, which we needed. They made our 2-night stay on PEI a pure delight. They even invited us to share dinner on the second night (Wendy’s homemade pizza was finger-licking good); their friends Mark and Marguerite were there as well along with Marg’s delicious blueberry pie. And it all began on the day of our arrival with, true to form, a glass of red to be shared at 4 p.m. between the 6 of us! Not to mention the fresh produce from Wendy’s garden that she gave us on the morning of our departure! Be assured: they are more than welcomed to boondock at our place anytime they want. So, if you are looking for the place to boondock on PEI, don’t look any further - this is it!
This is a very nice couple who do anything they can to make your stay the best. We would highly recommend them to anyone who comes to PEI. They are very kind and generous. They gave us some corn on the cob that was the best I've ever had. Thanks again
Central location for many sites.
Great people and PEI hospitality.
Thanks to our great hosts.
Dave & Myah
I could not imagine anyone having to say something bad about this place. It is perfect in all possible ways! The couple welcomed us and made us feel as we were family as soon as we arrived. The village is picture perfect and the area is very nice. Hopefully we will see each other soon.
Very friendly and hospitable couple. We had time to exchange a lot of travel souvenirs.
Excellent and interesting conversations with a well travelled couple. Great place to stop en route to our next destination. Thank you for your hospitality. Much appreciated.
Lovely accommodating host. We felt more than welcomed. Quaint area. Highly recommended. Thank you Larry and Wendy.
Murray Harbour is a cute little village. The host's home is very well located. We had a nice parking spot in the driveway and electrical hookup. They are very nice people! We recommend very much.
Our very first BDW stay could not have been better than with the Siebrands. They welcomed us so warm-hearted and offered us all the ameneties a boondocker could dream of. They even treated us with tomatoes from their garden and other delicacies. On top of that we spent the evening together with their friends and had several sips...We enjoyed our stay so much and would be happy to host them one day.
Our hosts were the embodiment of Canada. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the company of the hosts we actually wish we could have spent a little more time with them we really like them I really like the gentleman and she really liked the lady. They have a beautiful little community nice little park at the end of the street where the kids like to play and beautiful weather. Not a big fan of the extra mosquitoes around the area but at least they weren't very big mosquitoes. Thank you again to our wonderful hosts and we really appreciated the homemade bread. Is a delicacy we have not had in many moons.
Lovely stay with welcoming hosts. Quiet, pretty- couldn't ask for more.
Warm welcome and a delightful location, I just wish we could have spent more time with our warm and generous hosts.
Siebrands were the perfect hosts making our first BW experience 5 stars. With a slight slope, we got level without trouble and were offered water and power as needed.
We spent two nights and were happy to have time to get to know our hosts and their welcoming town even enjoying a neighborhood mussel and corn boil (the best I’ve had of both, by the way!)
After more conversation over wine time, I even had the rare luxury of an unlimited hot water shower! We could not have had a better experience!
Hope you’ll come see us in Charleston soon, Larry and Wendy!
I very much enjoyed visiting the Siebrands!
They are very helpful w information about their locality,
and the surrounding PEI area.
I enjoyed visiting w them & would definitely enjoy returning!
Thank you both!
Very friendly host. Had a great chat with Larry. They had lots of guess over but that didn’t stop them from also hosting a spot for us. Garden of eden with very nice flowers. Quite spot in town. Our doors are always open to host the Siebrands at our place in Ayton Ontario. Happy trails and hope to see you again.
These folks couldnt have been more accommodating to us. Even though our time was brief we enjoyed our conversations on there talking porch
101 thanks for our stay in your stunning region .
We sure hope to see you two in our city some day.
Thanks for your time
Eric, Tatiana and the kids
It was once again a pleasure to stay at Siebrands. We were welcomed warmly once again, sharing traveling stories and catching up at the 4 o'clock "story telling" hour (or 2).
If you're in this part of PEI, this is a great location from which to explore.
We had 2 quiet evenings here . They gave us lots of advice of places to visit. Wine time was very nice. Pretty area to stay if you are visiting.
We throughly enjoyed our stay with the Siebrands. They are wonderful hosts, and couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable! Don’t miss the chocolate cake at cafe 5, and wine at 4 with Wendy and Larry! 🍷🍷
Very pleasant stay on the sunny driveway.
They know what travelers need on the road.

We were looked after so well, everything you could need plus friendly chat and homegrown veg. So hospitable in a lovely spot!
We had a wonderful stay here. We enjoyed "wine time", meeting and chatting with their friends and the recommendations for food, beaches and other interesting things to do. I would highly recommend a stay here!
We really enjoyed our time with L & W, they treated us the way we hope to treat Boondockers when we are done full timing. They were so accommodating and they even insisted on us doing our laundry. They told us how to get to a really beautiful beach that only locals know about, and we just enjoyed the whole visit in general. Definitely stop in and enjoy this great place and these really nice people.
We had a great stay. The Siebrands were wonderful and generous hosts. They provided a great spot in their drive way for us to stay. They made sure we felt right at home and our boys loved spending time with them and their friends. Highly recommended.
My daughter, Marina, and I really enjoyed our overnight stay with Larry and Wendy. Truly delightful people.
We got in just after 7 PM. Fortunately it's was light for at least another hour. I stopped to chat with Larry and Wendy; we had so much fun talking that dinner was even later. The next morning, I made them some of my home roasted coffee. I love to share my love of coffee. They enjoyed it so much that Larry was thinking about taking up the hobby. I told him how I roast coffee when on the road.
We left town with a bag of green and yellow beans straight from their garden. Yum!
I hope to see Larry and Wendy again sometime when they're snowboarding. Thanks for the great hospitality!
A bit of history is in order...because I was in bit of a bind, these SUPER HOSTS accommodated us on NEXT to NO notice out of the goodness of their hearts. Additionally, my tank was filled; their hydro was offered; the invite to join '4 o'clock wine time' was extended AND then we were to join them in a dinner of their own garden produce. What a treat! I simply CANNOT recommed these warm, welcoming wonderful folks as much as they deserve. They are TRULY a credit to BDW and CANADA!
Enjoyed our short visit with Larry and Wendy. They have a nice location - right off the ferry! Their love of kids is obvious through their interactions with our grandkids. Hope to return another time to explore their community a bit more.
When we arrive, Larry was there and offer all the things that we could need... WiFi, showers, laundry, electricity,water... we stay one day more and Larry and Wendy accept without any hesitation. They were very nice and Grandma too. She knits a gift for us while we cycling. Nice family and hope we can come back another year.
Stayed with the Siebrands for one night to refresh and recoup before leaving PEI on the ferry. Very welcoming and helpful couple who made our stay wonderful. Hope to see them again on our travels. Loved PEI! Thanks again for the hospitality.
This is a lovely place to stop - quiet, good walking, dog parks(!). Our hosts were most helpful and welcoming in their beautiful garden. Thank you for the use of your large pot so I could steam fresh mussels! Mmmh!!

Siebrands is a great guy and encouraged his neighbours to host us.
They were so hospitable, going the extra mile to give us gifts (they are so creative on the island) and make us feel comfortable and at home (watching TV while the laundry was on, etc).
Thank you so much and we look forward to hosting you when you visit England! :-)
We spent two nights with the Siebrands recently and thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality. Our dog, Spike was welcomed with open arms. The social hour was fun and we got to know our hosts better. We highly recommend adding the Siebrands to your boondocking plans.
We stayed with Siebrands the 2nd week in June (multiple family emergencies preempted writing until now).
He went out of his way to make sure we had power, changing power cords and locations multiple times.
5 o'clock is "conversation" hour, with neighbors and guests getting together for some good times.
Murray Harbor is a quiet little town with a good restaurant, store and safe walking. The Trans Canada bike trail is 5 minutes from their house, making riding our bikes very easy.
We love Canada and this couple embrace the best part!
What a pleasure it was to meet these wonderful host members in person, after reading all the positive comments from the many members they have hosted. During our visit, they mentioned one of the reasons they moved to PEI was the great, caring, and helpful nature of the people who live here. Based on our experience as their guests, this couple fits right in on the island.
Description of place is accurate. They were very helpful with getting us connected to the local attractions and welcoming us to the community. An excellent spot to stop to experience PEI.
I spent two delightful days with my kind Hosts on the beautiful Prince Edward Island.
They have a very cute, attractive and cozy home located only two blocks from the harbor.
I parked my fifth wheel in their driveway, and Larry kindly hooked me up to a 15 amp electric connection.
We enjoyed a meal together, several glasses of wonderful wine, and many hours of conversation.
I highly recommend Larry and Wendy (my Hosts), and thoroughly enjoy meeting them as well as Wendy's 92-year-old mother.
I am so grateful for their generous hospitality!
First Boondockers stay, boy have we been missing.
Walking with Wendy to local farmers market, one of the best parts of the day. Maybe the second best after chowing
down on local fresh corn, Larry kindly brought us.
Best time to visit when all on this part of island is in season. Living on veggies would be no problem around here.
Thanks for creating our first Boondockers with your hospitality John & JoAyne Elbert
What a lovely stay we had! We were made to feel a part of the family. Larry took us down to the docks to buy fresh fish, and they recommended a wonderful cafe for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
We had a great encounter. Thank you Larry and Wendy for all the help. All the offering made us at ease!
It is really fun to stay with you.
Diane and Carole
We had a wonderful time with Wendy and Larry! They were very helpful and generous with their time. They live in a beautiful little town on PEI. I hope we get to see them again someday!
