Love to Camp.. Details: Live in the Mission Mountains on the Flathead Lake in Polson Montana. Have 40 beautiful acre Ranch and raise Clydesdale Horses. I love to camp with my Sister and Brother in the Bitterroot Valley up the West Fork by a beautiful Painted Rocks Lake. We park up a canyon in a Meadow and spend days just loving life and enjoying no busy telephones, tvs, cell phones etc.. Some times we stay long enough we have to come out for supplies but usually very well equiped. Love dutch oven cooking. We eat better in the Mountains than at home.LOL .. . If ever I am at home and any of our Rving buddies need a place to park please feel free to come by. Just send me an email in advance of when you will be in the area and we can make arrangements... We are not fancy we are Boon Dockers... No judgement on what rig you drive or the place you lay your head... Favorite Boondocking Locations: West Fork Canyon near Darby Mt., McGruder National Forest Mt., Flathead Lake, Blackfoot National Forest, Seeley Lake Skills or Expertise to Share: Great Dutch Oven Cooking.. Love new recipes. Love to ride 4 wheelers on back trails. Photographer.

jscrockett was an awesome stop over. Communications were supurb. Directions to their oasis were spot on. Jscrockett met us at their entrance for greetings and directions. This has to be the quietest place we have ever stayed. So beautiful with deer and wild turkey outside your door daily. The views are majestic and the peacefulness just serene. Leaving today we realized how much we needed to slow down and relax in nature. We will definitely return if in the area again. The surrounding area has lots to offer with Flathead Lake so close, hiking and water activities are abundant. We went to the Miracle of America Museum in Polson, it was one of the best little town museums we've experienced. It's a must do!!

Wow what a beautiful place! Large open mowed meadow with plenty of room. Nestled up against the base of the mission mountains but flat easy drive to get here. We stayed a few nights and enjoyed every bit of our time here. Its very quiet and pleasant and gets spectacular sunsets over the wheat fields. We enjoyed getting to know our host and hope to visit again in the future. Thank you so much!
