This is street parking in front of our house in a quiet residential neighbourhood. There is access to the house electricity.
Street Parking is in the front of our house - quiet residential neighbourhood. Because this is city property, trailers are not allowed to unhook. We are up a hill. One has to comfortable driving on a steep incline.
Not suitable for long trailers. Although you don't have to back up, there is a short steep incline with a sharp corner where you have to make a left hand turn.
Motorhomes with a tow, might find it too steep.

Rigs do not have to back up but there is a very steep hill (short) one needs to maneuver.
We do a lot of last minute get-aways and sometimes we are not available. Feel free to give us a shout, we might be able to accommodate...cheers
Within short driving distance, there is cultus lake and a lot of hiking or biking trails. Note: The lake area (cultus) is extremely busy in the summertime. We are also close to the Vedder canal (river) and the Fraser river.
We had a great overnight stay , very friendly couple . Recommended !
A warm welcome and quiet comfortable quiet stay after a drive through beautiful Fraser valley farmland. Thankyou!
Had some great conversation with our host and she shared her local knowledge of the community trail system - a great way to stretch your legs!
Very thoughtful and wish times were different in order to enjoy each others company better.
Area is quiet, spot is level and the view of the mountains out almost any window is lovely!
Thanks so much for a great resting stop while we waiting out a snowstorm in the mountains along our route.
Simon and Irene are so, so friendly and welcoming. We hope to return when we can stay longer.
I parked in front of Promontory Haven for two nights while I had my Escape trailer serviced by the manufacturer.
What a great visit. Mr. & Mrs. Popup are coffee lovers! I was able to brew them fresh home roasted coffee both mornings. I showed the Popups how easy it is to home roast by roasting two batches on their balcony. We brewed some of those beans the next morning. They may become the newest members of the home coffee roasting community.
There was lots of great visiting (we compared notes on Baja California and many other things) with lots of warm hospitality. These folks were among the very first to sign up for BW, but they have only hosted travelers and never stayed with a BW host. I encouraged them to do so.
If you get a chance stop here you won't regret it.
Popup was quick to respond to my request and additional communications. Although a change in travel plans prevented us from staying here at the last minute, they seemed very hospitable. If travelling in the area in the future, I would request to stay here again.
Rolled up yesterday evening to hosts Irene & Simon waiting for me with a warm welcome and an electrical cord! Had a great conversation and then a very quiet evening and sound sleep. Lovely couple and neighborhood. Thanks so much!!
We had two quiet nights there. As expected and uncomplicated. Thanks for having us!
