We have stayed about 4 days at Clauvie's place and enjoyed every minutes of our stay. Our hosts were very helpful in providing us a lot of information about activities in their surrounding. We definitly recommend staying at Clauvie's place if you happened to travel close by.
Thank's again and congratulation about your Mustangs....
Claude was a very nice host. We sat in his garden and drank a beer together. Lots of space to put our RV.
Our host took us to the Nicolet Park to see the sun set over the St Lawrence. What a treat! They also gave us directions for local shopping. They were very gracious and their farm was quiet, with easy access. We hope to host them in Az.
it was a pleasure meeting you and we enjoyed our stay with you. Hope to see you again when we are on our way home.
Claude was so welcoming and kind towards our family!
He showed us where the nearby gas and dump stations were, gave us electricity hook up and somewhere to top up water, he also gave some great RV recommendations on places to visit.
The kids loved Claude and he showed Oliver his classic car, took him on a tractor ride and even played hide and seek.
He let the children play with his kittens and also gave us a loaf of bread.
What a generous and welcoming host!
Looking forward to hosting Claude when he visits the UK! :-)
Clauvie was a wonderful host, and Clauvie you English is just fine! Nice place to stop, easy to find and get in and out of.
i stayed a couple of days and had a great time..relaxed and shared special travel moments...you can do some bicycling..thanks ..merci
This was my first stay at a place from this club and am very pleased with the experience. I was traveling between Ontario and Prince Edward Island and this was a perfect spot to spend the night on route. Staying with Clauvie isn't really hard core Boondocking, water and electricity are available if you want it, at least when I was at the farm and was the only one there. Clauvie took time to give me a great tour of the organic farm (mostly grains for future seed) and I learned a lot from him. The place to park is very nice, well off the road and between farm buildings. With Clauvie's direction I was able to back my 5er into place with relative ease and I'm not that confident yet with backing up my rig. Clauvie says his English isn't great but it is much better than my French. We had great conversations about RVing and farming.
We stayed at Clauvie's farm last August for one night. He was very accommodating and introduced us to all of his kittens. He owns an organic farm and the stay was very peaceful. We are very thankful for his hospitality and also his quick response to our messages. C'est tres bien!
We stayed with Clauvie on very short notice - he was so kind to have us! He even offered us a hose & turned on the water for us - he had it off for the winter already. He is an organic farmer and his farm was such a beautiful spot to wake up. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area :)
Merci beaucoup Clauvie!
This is a beautiful place along highway 132. We were well received by Claude and he gave us different choices to park our RV. We felt very safe and it was very quiet. Claude's directions to get to his place were very clear and was easy to find.
