If you want the access to water/electricity/wifi then stay in our driveway, otherwise you could park on the street in front of our house. Our subdivision has no restrictions. It's a wide street separated by a median.
Paved streets - it's a residential area, typical older subdivision.
We are gone from about mid May to late September and do take other short trips. Happy to have you stay though if we are home.....just contact us. You can always check our blog: http://roadventureltv.blogspot.com/ - I try to keep it updated when we travel so if no entries, there's a good chance we are home.
Kennedy Space Center, Atlantic ocean is about a mile away, Brevard zoo, Ron Jons (Cocoa Beach), the Port at Cape Canaveral, Disney world is a good 1.5 hours away, Orlando is an hour away. We are considered to be part of Central Florida.
Our hosts were extremely gracious and accommodating. They went out of their way offering electric and water hookups. Their home and area was just beautiful and was only a few minutes from the beach.
THANK YOU for hosting us. We truly appreciate you.

Christa and Burt were wonderful & gracious hosts. After ensuring we were setup they invited us in for a drink that turned into supper and easygoing and pleasant conversation... Burt is a great cook... and they were present to wish us farewell in the morning... thanks again for the hospitality!
We were hosted by Christal & Burt for one night on March 31st. Surprisingly were invited, even before our arrival, for a dinner with more nice friends. We had a friendly and interesting conversation. Highly recommended! Hope to host them in our home country.
We enjoyed meeting our wonderful hosts and swapping stories of travel adventures. Quiet location, perfect for a class B. Hope we can reciprocate sometime!
Burt and Christal were wonderful. They shared their interests and their home. They were such interesting folks with many talents. We felt like we had known them for years instead of just a day.
Very friendly people. We had a wonderful time exploring Satellite Beach...
Plain and simple, we've gained 2 great new friends.
Thanks to BoondockersWelcome.com we've made a couple of awesome new friends in RoadVenture. We even went on a cruise together recently!
Thinking of boondocking with RoadVenture in Satellite Beach FL? Stop thinking and send them a note. You won't regret it! Heck, you many even make some new friends. ;-)
Their location is great for watching rocket's launch - they are a 1 mile drive or a 6 minute bike ride or a 15 minute walk to the public beach or shopping.
Their street is quiet with very little traffic and your hosts will be too kind!
We had a very pleasant first time experience boondocking with this very friendly couple. Being newbies, we were very unsure what to expect, especially travelling with kids. Once we arrived, in a rainstorm, they greeted us and welcomed us. We were offered to plug in and connect water but we were ok without. They welcomed us into their home and we had a very pleasant conversation about camping and travels. We will definitely be reconnecting with them on future travels to Florida.
This is a very nice couple. Helpful and generous. We can recommend them very much. We got quick responses after having contacted them. Got a nice spot by their home, electricity and water, good advice etc. And above all, at nite a nice game of Scrabble! Won't forget that.

We had a wonderful time with roadventure, Many great conversations and they have a ton of knowledge about the area and the travel world in general. I learned a great deal from them and I hope they enjoyed having us as much as we enjoyed staying with them!!! Thank you for a great time RoadVenture!!
A lovely welcome, we were lucky to have him cook us dinner and had a great night of conversation. We felt like family. A very memorable evening, hope we meet again. Nice flat site on the road, very quiet, close to the space centre and lovely beaches.
This was our first time using Boondocking Welcome and we were made so welcome by our hosts. We would definitely recommend them. They showed us wonderful hospitality, and we had a great time together. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet, and we enjoyed our stay.
Christal and Burt are the real deal! Very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. We had the honor of staying two nights. The street they are on is a quiet road that is only a mile away from the public beach(which is beautiful). There are a lot of fun things to do within a close proximity. We were provided with electricity and a safe place to park. They showed us around thier home and I even got to play a game of chess with Burt, who is a very intelligent and inventive guy. Can't wait to come and stay again next year!
Over first Boondockers Welcome experience was wonderful because of our very gracious hosts. Immediately they made us feel very comfortable camping in front of their lovely home. They allowed us to tour the home which is unusual and beautiful and they made sure that we were comfortable and happy as their guests. They even convinced us that we also could be boondockers welcome hosts. Although we were simply passing through, there is much to do in the area including the Atlantic Ocean which is less than a mile away. Highly recommend!
We spent two nights with RoadVenture in February, such hospitality! They welcomed us warmly and were wonderful, gracious hosts. Their lovely home is in a well-maintained area with lots of lighting (good for walking the dog at 2 am.) They are welcome to stay with us anytime, with or without their RV!
Great little spot on the water. Fun friendly hosts with a beautiful home and lots of sailing experience to share. Just perfect.
Such a nice, friendly couple! They are so generous and have a lot of travelling experiences to share. It was a great experience for us. They are in a quiet neighbourhood with canals full of manatees, dolphins and fishes.
We had a great time in this area : great beaches, easy access with good size parking lot.
Burt and Crystal were very welcoming and happy to have us. We stayed two nights and had a great time! Burt ended up sewing together my ripped front windshield cover; man of much talent. Such friendly, genuine people. Happy to call them friends.
The RoadVentures are more than generous with their home & their time. Such kind, warm, disarming people.
They are situated on a canal system and they are about a mile and a bit from the nearest public beach on the Atlantic. (Nice beach too!)
Various shopping and dining options are a slightly shorter walk than that. The nearest gas station is three quarters of a block away.
I am honored to call them friends.
This great couple greeted us when we first pulled up and invited us in for drinks and dinner. Burt loves to feed people and is an excellent cook. Fortunately we had a bottle of wine on hand (surprise surprise) to contribute to the evening, which was wonderful. We stayed two nights and highly recommend spending an evening with these great people.
