At this time, we could offer boondocking on our front yard or at the end of our long driveway. (we are out in the country a bit). Water and 30 amp electricity available; and a generator can be used with no problem. Lots of room for any slideouts, awnings, etc. Even a campfire!
Park your TT between our TT and the barn on the cement portion of the driveway. Water and 30 amp service is available on the barn wall area.
The site is at the end of our long black top driveway next to the barn. There is ample room to negotiate backing in to the site.
If traveling with pets, please clean up after your pet.
Feel free to walk the acreage and enjoy the scenery!
If beaches are your thing, its a pleasant walk to the beach
at Hagar Shores Park.
Paved road and driveway. Entrance is a bit narrow but easily managed by all but the very largest of rigs.....
All but the tallest 5'ers and Class A's will have no problems with clearance. NOTE: 10 ft 9 inch height restriction. 10 foot 9 inch.
Its all paved roads to get to The Farm.
Loads of room at the site to park your tow vehicle.
We are home most of the time - just email or call us with at least a few days "warning" and we will try to accommodate.
For the most part, we can host May 15 through September 30; exceptions would be July 4th weekend and Labor Day weekend.
Hagar Shores Beach; downtown Coloma and downtown St. Joseph; Lake Michigan Hills Golf Club; Harbor Shores Golf Club; Lake Michigan beaches; Sarrett Nature Center.
Downtown St. Joseph is 6 miles away....voted #1 most romantic city in Michigan. Lots of quaint shops, restaurants, and beautiful beaches, including a pier and lighthouse experiences.
Amazing location and host!. What a beautiful spot to spend a few days. Had a great conversation with the hosts. They were so informative, not only about the area but about the state of Michigan! Hope we can return one day. Thank you again!
The hosts were very friendly and invited us for a chat around the campfire.
The spot was shaded and leveled. A 30amp and water hookup were next to it.
We visited downtown St. Joseph, with its nice little shops and nearby Beach.
Stayed here one night and will definitely return. Driveway is narrow. Barely wide enough between the vegetation for my class A, but it was fine with patience and attention. Host is super friendly. Strong cell signal on all the big three carriers. Great quiet spot!
IanDav were wonderful hosts at a beautiful property. I had some complications getting there and arrived later than I originally stated, but they were gracious and happily worked with us. Wonderful people, wonderful place. Thanks!
Ian and Deb could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. We parked on a level and large concrete pad next to their rustic barn. The location is beautiful and very “remote” feeling. They offered 30A power and water hookup. They are experienced RV’ers and so friendly. We give them the highest possible recommendations.
We loved our overnight stay with this couple and really appreciated their willingness to open their home to us and provide us everything we needed! They have 30AMP power that’s easy to get to along with their water. They were very lovely to chat with and had a huge lot and will kept grass / yard. We enjoyed the privacy we had and would definitely come back in the future if they’ll have us! It was only 12 mins from Silver Beach and the St. Joseph area - so convenient. Also just a quick 2 min drive away is Hagar park which is great for kids and has stairs access to a small beach area too. Again amazing over all - thank you!!
We stayed for two nights. Wonderful hosts. Nice beach near by that allowed dogs. Spent two afternoons there. Last night had a campfire and shared RV adventures, advice and stories
What a great experience from the marshmallows and creamed bourbon to the conversations.
Awesome time. Thank you so much. Hope to come back again.
The spot is easy to get into and shaded for most of the day. Communication with the host was simple. Had some good duck hunting/ retriever talks around the campfire in the late afternoon. The nights were perfect with some wildlife sounds and a gentle breeze. The area is really beautiful we rode our motorcycle all through the neighboring towns. Both have some really nice homes some over 100yrs old and of course views of Lake Michigan. Will request a stay again if in the area. IanDav you will get accustom to retirement!!!
Wonderful people who welcomed us overnight, and shared a glass of wine with my husband. Nice quiet spot. Thank you for your hospitality!
We spent one night on our annual trip to Michigan. Very pretty property, and the hosts were friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay at The Farm. Nice to be able to hook up to electric and water. Nice level site. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Perfect stopover on our way up north.
What a wonderful overnight at The Farm. A pastural setting. We had a great walk to Lake Michigan, acamfire with my hosts and a great thunderstoy to sleep by. Thank you so much
The Farm was charming and easy to find. We appreciated the concrete parking spot and access to electricity and water. Our little dog loved exploring the large yard and walking on the long, shaded driveway. We hope to visit again and maybe play some Pickleball!
We spent two peaceful nights at the Farm, a gorgeous property very close to St Joseph's. Host was very gracious, friendly and recommended visiting St Joseph's. We enjoyed Silver Beach, Tiscornia Park, downtown St Joseph's, Hagar Park and the North Berrien Historical museum. Enjoyed sharing stories around a campfire. Hope we meet again someday. Thanks so much!
Ian & Debbie have a great site for boondocking - easy to find, nice driveway, concrete pad, private, shaded, with 30 amp & water. Its very peaceful & pretty, and close to St. Joe & Southaven. We were unable to spend much time with them but found them to be very warm, friendly, & informative. Hopefully our paths will cross again one day!

We have been on the road for a while and like some we loose track of days. Ian was very flexible with us and very accommodating when we arrived. We explored the local area and headed into Indiana to notre dame. We spent the evening getting to know each other. It was a great experience. Please come to Australia or we will meet you in Bali!
Spent one night at this little piece of heaven. Very accommodating to us and our 29' Sunseeker. Provided us with electric hookup and water. Highly recommend these hosts.
We stayed with IanDav for a couple of nights recently and just wanted to say that they are VERY gracious hosts. We did not have the opportunity to spend much time with our hosts, but all our interactions were pleasant and informative. This is only our second Boondocking experience and think this organization is a wonderful resource...especially because we get to meet people like IanDav.
Ian and Debbie are very friendly and helpful hosts. Staying at their place was a great way to begin our 6 week camping trip.
Ian and Debbie have a wonderful family property where we found respite from the road, quiet, beautiful, and gracious. We felt as though we had already arrived home!
Thanks Ian and Debbie, we enjoyed your company and hospitality. The location is great, less than a half mile to a public park on lake MI.
