JimRita were most definitely Superhosts! They welcomed us warmly and gave us information about the surrounding area so we could tour on our bikes a bit after a long day driving. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening together getting to know them and would welcome them at our home anytime. Hope to meet again one day and return the hospitality.
Jim and Rita even invited us in for breakfast to get to know us better after letting us stay the night so we could visit our uncle in the near by town. Water and electric hook ups were great also . Please drop by and see us in the Toronto area some time.
Nice couple, beautiful home, good location. Pointed us to the best crab cakes in MD. Thanks for the coffee and bagel Jim and Rita. Would stay again.
Jim and Rita are very personable and welcoming. Stayed 2 nights and had a traditional Maryland dinner (crab cakes) on the second evening. Beautiful and quiet location. Full of info on places to go and see. Thanks again for such a wonderful time.
We got a warm welcome from Jim and Rita. We had been visiting our families in Florida and Texas so we showed each other pictures of our grandchildren. Plugged in our heater and we were snug for the night. Great hosts, easy in, easy out.
... what very nice people ! Rita and Jim are very welcoming and very generous with their time. They gave us tips on local places to visit and valuable in depth information about lot ok thinks. They are a lovely couple who went out of their way to accommodate us and we were thoroughly spoilt. We could not recommend these hosts more highly.
Host recommended we go into Havre de Grace and then invited us to ice cream and cantaloupe on the porch – such a lovely evening and so great to get to know them – hope this wasn't the only time we get to spend with them!
J & R provided us a really great and warm welcome. Wonderful hosts & great people, we enjoyed the chatting with them and all the support they provided to us. We would like to be THEIR hosts also! Thank you, J & R!
We had a great experience visiting Havre de Grace and staying at JimRita's beautiful location. They are friendly, wonderful hosts, and we enjoyed chatting with them.
Jim and Rita were extremely welcoming hosts. We loved the BBQ on the patio and the good conversation. The location is very quiet and there is lots to do. Rita and Takako exchanged recipes and ingredients and we hope to see Jim and Rita at our location soon!
It was our first Night in the RV and it couldn't be better. Jim welcomed us so nice and friendly, and we felt very Safe at this really nice House. Thank You so much for helping us with our RV and your Ideas for our Trip. All the best for you both.
We are so grateful for our first boondocking stay with Jim & Rita. They made us feel exceptionally welcome even with our late arrival. They invited us in for hot tea which was great because it was a snowy, chilly night. We loved hearing their adventures in their RV all over the states and Canada. It's so nice to connect with like-minded ramblers and keeps us inspired to keep exploring! We hope to see Jim & Rita again in the future. They were such nice people :)
Cannot express enough how our host Jim went out of his way to accommodate our stay. Wonderful location, access and hospitality. Hope we can some day return the favour.
We were going to Baltimore and stayed at Jim and Rita's place about 30 miles away. They were very gracious and great to talk with about our respective RVing adventures. They were very helpful describing what to expect in Baltimore as we were not familiar with the city. Havre De Grace is a nice town to visit as well.
I heartily recommend Jim and Rita's location in Havre de Grace, MD. They are close to the sweet little city with many beautiful 1800s homes. I had electric which is always great and they were wonderful friendly and accommodating hosts! Carolyn
