Cement area that is easiest to back into. (slightly uneven)
Large farm equipment uses the driveway so clearance should be fine.
Both your trailer and tow vehicle can be parked on a large cement pad.
Not too far away most of the summer.
Hope to be farther south some of the winter.
The African Lion Safari is our closest attraction. Also some neat pottery & pewter studios.
About 1 Hour from Niagara Falls and Toronto. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls close.
It was very nice to stay at the Pepper Farm with a lovely and most helpful couple. We will definitely be back again to spend more time exploring the farm.
Thanks for hosting us on short notice. It was a nice end of the 2020 RV season for our girls. It was a very fascinating farm for them and the corn :)
Our very first boondockers was a very pleasant experience. Our hosts were welcoming and let us enjoy their country side and trails. With the covid and social distancing rules we missed out on spending a little more time with them, maybe next time. We would recommend this place in a heart beat!
Quiet helpful couple with a beautiful property.
If one’s preference is quiet rural boondocking in farm country, then this host’s property is idyllic. The hosts themselves were especially pleasant and welcoming.
I developed a mechanical issue with an electric awning during my stay and I was graciously given expert help resulting in a complete repair instead of having to order a replacement part. Thanks again for the assistance and a very relaxing experience!
We got in late and left early. Did have some time for a nice chat. Hopefully we can stop again when we have more time. Nice concrete area with lots of room. I recommend this host for other guests.
This is our second time here. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Due to scheduling and family commitments we did not spend anytime together. Hopefully next time we visit we can have a better visit. Thank you again for your thoughtfulness.

Spot is just off a paved road and very easy to get into and level up. The host couple are super nice and we spent quite a while just chatting with them. Hope our travels take us their way in the future.
Darkar was very accommodating and helpful. The Pepper Farm is great with a nice level concrete pad with lots of room. Thank you for hosting us.
our stay was quite pleasant, our first time boondocking with the app.
Hookups were easily accessible and our host were kind and polite
Were hoping the experience was mutual, Being our first time I hope we stayed within the guidelines. Thank you and god bless
Our family of 5 stayed with these kind hosts for two nights while visiting the Niagara area. Their home and land is so lovely, and they were incredibly kind, gracious, generous hosts. We were especially thankful for their kindness towards our children- they took time to listen to our kids interests and engage all of us in conversations and interactions. Their property is quiet and peaceful, and it was very easy to navigate our 37 foot bus into the parking area next to the barn. We would definitely recommend this stop to anyone who is in the area!!!
A nice quiet safe country spot on our way to Niagara Falls for a few days. Stayed here 2 days. Paradise after getting off the 401. Couldn`t find much better hosts even during their busy schedule to welcome us. This was our first boondockers welcome. We went and explored around the falls one day, then headed down there to stay a few days. 5 star hosts.
Perfect for a trip to Niagara Falls. Helpful hosts too.
The Pepper farm is a beautiful space just outside Lynden. It is quiet and lush with green. Darkar came to the roadway to let me know where the driveway was and helped me back my trailer in so it would be easy for me to park and pull out in the morning. He came out and chatted and told me where i could get a vent fan and a winter furnace. Very nice man. Thankyou for your hospitality
We had a really great experience. Karen was very nice with us. The place is beautiful and quiet. We really appreciate !
Super expérience. Karen a été super avec nous, elle est très gentille. L’endroit est tranquille et il y a beaucoup d’espace. On a beaucoup apprécié !
What a great location on a beautiful farm. The hosts were very friendly and helpful during this cold spell we are having. Wished we could of spent more time with them but there was a big project they were working on with a time frame. Maybe next time. Thank you for hosting us, hopefully we will cross paths in warmer weather.

Beautiful area with stately beautiful old farms. Our hosts were gracious. It was a nice experience.
What a wonderful stay!!! Darwin and Karen could not be any nicer! They were very welcoming and accommodating and made our stay so enjoyable. Their place is very peaceful and beautiful. Their willingness to see to our needs and comfort were very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place. 👍
Darkar was an amazing host and have a beautiful property that both us and our dog really enjoyed. Incredible first experience with boondockers welcome. We only wish we would have had more time to visit with these great people.
Space: easy in and out. Water and electric available.
I had intended to stay 2 nights but had a medical issue to attend to. Only stayed the one night.
Would definitely stay there again.
We had a wonderful time visiting with Darkar. Very friendly and hospitable. We were invited into their century home and treated to a very encouraging conversation. We hope we have the chance to trespass on their hospitality again.
Thank you, again, Darkar. Safe travels.
They were very quick to respond within 24 hrs, and There were very flexible in accommodating our change of arrival..
Responded to texts very quickly. the site was great and pretty level without having to put jacks down.
Lots of grass and trails to walk your pet.
Above and beyond taking us into there heritage home. Great travel advice and direction were given by the family.
This should be a definite stop over, very close to most amenities, 30 mins
When we are in Ontario again, will come back for a visit.
