We sometimes have Airbnb guests or travel nurses who are staying in the apartments and from our descriptions on airbnb and other sights people who book apartments have the expectation of it being a quiet and peaceful place. We like to keep our 5 star ratings on these sites. So therefore we ask at all times that music or TV volumes in your RVs and Vans be kept to a minimum to only be heard inside your rigs and not be heard by others. Please especially keep quiet-hours for example the volume at which you are talking if you are near the apartment windows to a low volume between 9:45pm and 6am. Dogs that bark at night are not allowed, and if they bark a lot during the day that could also be a problem. They need to be well trained to not run and jump on people or be kept on a lease to avoid them approaching the tenants. Loud generators are not allowed but please ask us because we can maybe have you park in a space by the alley where it is less heard by others. We rather you plug in to shore power. Quiet dogs and "silent" solar panels are always welcome LOL. We have an apartment that is like a "community room" just dedicated for social gatherings and movies with a big TV that we often allow Boondockers, tenants and other guests to use this room for movies or place to relax. It also has a shower we sometime offer to people who do not have one. (Please contribute $2 per shower, always ask us first if you need access to the community room and that access is usually granted to people staying a few nights). When people spend a few nights sometime we are able share movies or have meals together. We do not allow boondockers to take books out of our library but just read them on site. We ask Boondockers to not be intoxicated on the property. We do not partake in 420 or want recreational substances used on the property. We run a health clinic at times and have allergies to cigarette and other smoke. So this property is a no smoking zone. NO SMOKING ON THEPROPERTY. (We even prefer you to not smoke in your rig if you are parked in our lot because the smoke does travel outside). Please treat all tenants, guests and others staying here with graciousness and awareness. We have an outdoor coin laundry washer and dryer on site (We are usually very happy to let you do laundry but still please ask us first before using it, just in case a machine is broken or we need to prioritize it for tenant use as there are sometimes days when the machines are in heavy use because when airbnbers are scheduled for checking out they have to clean their apartments and sometimes rely on the machines within a certain time frame) With all these rules about quiet being said, don't get us wrong we have a picnic table and often eat meals outside and socialize. When nurses book an apartment we ask them to tell us if they are working night shifts and we put usually them in the ones further from the social areas. Focusing on these rules is important but we also do enjoy the outdoors and have fun here. Before you arrive, its good to share your ETA or some window of time you think you will get here. We can either greet you when you arrive, or if we are not around, we will message you where in the parking lot is the best to park. (Depending on the time of year, we often prefer boon dockers to arrive before dark so its easier to orient you to the property.) For everyone's safety and security, the outdoor parking lots, the outdoor common areas of the property, and area and library area of the community room, are protected By 24-hour audio and video surveillance, By being on the property in these spaces, you acknowledge and agree to be recorded. We know of other free camping spots in the area. if you have any feeling you feel you cannot follow these rules, please ask us to share with you other locations around the area.
