We are just a couple miles from county campgrounds and boat launches. There are many public hiking trails, waterways, and beautiful outdoor experiences to be had here.
Our community has Artisans Boutique, cafe, weekly farmers markets, and Walmart isn't too far away.
We have an OldTown sit-in kayak with PFDs and everything you need, that you can use to explore the gorgeous Flambeau river.
We have 3 adult size bikes you can borrow to take a little trek to enjoy our northwoods beauty. I'm certified for family childcare but only care for my own kiddos currently so if you are traveling with kids and need a little break from your kiddos for a day or a few hours to yourself I can care for up to 3 kids under the age of 7.
No smoking on the property.
Obey the laws and local restrictions.
Please use common sense & courtesy.
There are children in our home so be mindful of language and personal exposure when outside your RV.
We don't have pets, yours are welcome as long as they can be safe around our children and you clean up after them. There are black bears, wolves, bobcats, and other wild animals in our area so be mindful.
Depending on the size of RV or trailer 2 of the spots are pull through without low branches to worry about. The other 2-3 spots have some lower branches and curves to navigate. All of the sides are fairly flat and solid. Two are a bit wet in the spring but fine by June and beyond.
We have a detached garage/shop that is available for parking or maintenance workspace as needed.
We also have parking space available outside the garage along the side of the building.
We do a lot of excursions during the spring, summer, and fall but feel free to give us a last minute shout out because we're never usually too far away. Wednesdays are our busy day so if I don't respond quickly I'll get back to you ASAP. We have kiddos so both early risers and late check-ins are welcome.
