Beginning on the third Wednesday of every October, and going through the next Saturday, we have the Washington Parish Free Fair in Franklinton. Watermelon Festival We are about 65 miles North of New Orleans.

House Rules
There is no trash dumpster. Please take it with you. No loud music. Quiet time after 10 PM. There is a bee yard about 300 feet from parking area. You may want to avoid that area.
Location
Access Road Conditions: It has two different points of access. Shorter RVs can enter off of Rawls Country LN and turn on the Mini Storage road. Longer RVs can enter in the driveway West of Rawls Country LN and pull through the field. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Plenty of room to park. It is on a 4 acre field.

We stayed one night as planned. Very clean spot, great place for the pup to play. Host was very nice and helpful. Would stay again!

Super friendly and helpful host, got us set up on arrival and saw us off the next morning. Nice big open yard near his small mini storage buildings, mostly level, all grass. Cell reception was poor, but expected for the area. Would stay again!

The parking area is on a gentle hill, set off by itself. I was able to drive around until I was in a perfectly level spot. The host was very helpful in showing me the parking area.

What a delightful couple sharing their quiet property…lots of room for any size rig, wonderful conversation and good tips. We’d love to stay again.
