I have parking available in my large concrete driveway, large trailers and motorhomes are fine, but would have to back in. I can only take one large rig at a time, for example if one 40' fiver or motorhome is on the driveway site, all I can take is small rigs at the same time. Small rigs can pull in straight and turn around. I have 30amp and well water at the site. There are no trees so your satellite will work. My parking spots are in my gated dog yard, if you don't like dogs you may want to not stay here, my two friendly dogs have access to the yard all the time, and you must not open gates or go in and out without me securing them first.
Adults only, no kids please. Last winter got quite expensive so I'm sorry to have to ask for an electric donation, especially if you need to run a/c or electric heat. One of my dogs is a runner, so no opening the driveway gate to drive in and out unless he's locked in or under my control. I used to allow people with their own dogs to park in my front yard, but my neighbors are getting a bit twitchy about it so I have to say no dogs. My female doesn't like most other dogs, so I can't have dogs at the actual RV sites because they are in my dogs' yard.
Super easy access right off highway 301. The house is on a cul de sac so no worries if you have a big rig and have to back in. It's very quiet and peaceful here. Be sure you come to 132 A, there is also a 132 and you do not want to go down it, it's a dead end with no turn around. 132A is off 121 not 462.
You can stay hooked up or not, it's up to you. My one rule is you cannot open the gate and go in or out unless I have my dogs locked in. If you have a trailer, or fiver, you will unhook once you are in and leave your truck outside of the gate so you can come and go.
I'm here most of the time, so check with me, I'll tell you if I'm not going to be home, or if the site is taken.
An hour to Orlando, 1/2 hour to Florida Horse Park in Ocala. Adjacent to The Villages, it's three squares with live music and dancing. Near golf.
This was our first Bondockers Welcome stay and it couldn't have been better. Hunter was a super host. Wonderful conversations and we really enjoyed our guided tour of the area. Highly recommended!!
My wife & I needed a safe place to overnight on our way from Tampa to the Okefenokee Swamp and this site fit the bill. I think usually boondockers park inside a gated area but we were allowed to park in the driveway which made it easy for us to get in and out without any fuss. There was a train that we could hear not too far away but it seemed like we stopped hearing it after 11PM - so we slept well.
H is a great host and has a very nice location. Convenient , quiet and super friendly. Great pups as well. I fully expect to return. Thanks H!
We parked With Airstreamingypsy for a few days and loved her quiet location. We have no pets but enjoyed her two dogs.
About as nice as you could ever ask. Very kind person who allowed us both water and electric.
Thank You so much!
Bruce & Gloria
We understand why Airstreamingypsy has earned the B.W. distinction of ULTRA HOST ! Well deserved. Thanks so much & Happy Trails always.
We stayed at Hunter’s’s home for two nights. She is a wonderful woman and loved to hear many different stories about RVing, renovations, dogs, horses, and many adventures in her life. We have met a new friend and hope she is able to come and visit us in Canada sometime. We shared a dinner that lasted many hours. So much to talk about. She has very nice dogs that we enjoyed playing with. It was nice to visit the Villages again.
We hope we will be able to visit again. Thank you very much Hunter.

We were both completely charmed by this wonderful hostess. We had a great time getting a tour of the Villages, hanging out and hearing good stories. The spot itself is awesome as well - security fence, flat concete slab, roomy, 30 amp power and water and 2 sweet dogs.
The only bummer is that we were only passing through this time, but we will absolutely be back.
Really grateful to come down and revisit Airstreaming gypsy and her well behaved dogs. Such a overall laid back visit. We look forward to them all coming up and visiting up at our place.
One of the best hosts around. Very accomodating and likes to share meals and conversation, She loves you to go with her while she walks her dogs. This is our third visit. Great toir guide. Has become on of our closest friends. Thank you again. Until next time

We stayed on Hunter’s property for 3 nights. The location was perfect for our needs as we were in the area to visit friends at The Villages. Similar to Sarah Palin seeing Russia from her house, you can see roofs of The Villages homes from Hunter’s property! (I’m sure Hunter will appreciate the joke!) Hunter was a great host, outside when we arrived to direct us into our space, helping with the electrical hookup, and the evening beer and conversation was easy and fun. We feel like we’ve made a friend and look forward to returning to her property! Thanks very much, Hunter!
Hunter is one of those rare individuals you encounter when RVing and boondocking. She has RVed for a 15 year stretch before setting down in a sticks and bricks environment to look after her rescue dogs. Hunter is very engaging and incredibly interesting, especially when one learns about her early experiences on the road when she started in 1999. She has developed critical competencies in remodeling homes, RVs, Travel Trailers, and any mechanical/electrical device you may encounter. Yet, she is very gentle with her dogs and is a very unique, independent individual. Her generosity is very much appreciated. We look forward to seeing her and her dogs again in the coming year.
We stayed here one night and spend an evening meal with the host and other boondockers who where staying there. It was a relaxing evening with lots of stories about mutual Boondocking experiences.
This is our second stay and not our last.We have become friends. From the moment you land at her location you are welcomed with opens arms from the host and the two dogs who will lick you and love you. We had a mini potluck with other boondockers and the host as well as many walks, to the park with the dogs. A Super host
Thank you for your friendship

Great conversation, a wonderful, wonderful host. Nice being around another RV'er and we really appreciate you opening up your home to us. We will be sure to stop by next time we're in town. BTW, Always glad to see LayLa, but also loved your new collie, Sam. Bob and Tina
My family had a wonderful overnight stay on our way to Walt Disney World in Orlando, about one hour away. The hostess was very gracious and gave us a tour of her RVs. It Was a great experience, we would stay here again. Thank you for having us.
We stayed for three nights with this host, and we enjoyed it immensely!
She is such a sweet and considerate person, and she made us feel so welcome! She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! I hope we can meet again! :-)
Thank you Hunter and Leah for being such wonderful hosts on our overnight stop with you on our way to Fort Myers. You made us feel so welcome and we really appreciated the guided tour of "the Villages". Highly recommend this Host.
We have been hosted for one night in December on our Road Trip in North America.
Hunter replied quickly and although was about to go out for dinner, has accepted my request.
We had an interesting conversation later that evening.
Wonderful place to visit. We were there overnight and Hunter made us feel very welcome.
Quiet neighborhood and gracious host.
We felt completely welcome and even used the shop for a project.
Talking about past adventures and enjoying a walk with the dogs were great.
We really enjoyed our host and our short overnight stay seemed long enough to recognize that we made a new friend.
Next day we all went to the park and walked with Layla. We hope to come visit again, but also hope this Airstreaming Gypsy comes up for a stay with us.
Highly recommend this host...
We had very nice conversations with Hunter. Her place was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here when we are in the area again!
A very gracious host who made our stay most enjoyable. Very personable and we felt very safe here. Her dog, Layla, is a sweetheart. We will definitely try to stay here again. This was our first boondocker experience and it was beyond our expectations. Thank you Airsteamingypsy!
Perfect spot to relax. Hunter is warm and welcoming and fun! Loved staying here. And her dog Layla is soooo sweet.
This was our second stay with this host and this time was just as good (if not better) than the first. Just like before, the host was very friendly and accommodating. We look forward to seeing her again next time we're in the area.
We had a nice experience, Hunter has a very nice, quiet and very accomodating set up. This was our first time to use boondockers welcome and we're happy that it was a positive experience!
I didn't stay long. She is a better carpenter/remodeler than I. Good visit!
What a great stay! The host was very friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay for our first visit to a Boodockers Welcome site. We are already looking forward to another visit with Airstreamingypsy and her sweet dog.
This is what Boondookers Welcome is all about. It was great to meet our host, have a comfortable and safe place to stay and make a new friend. Actually we made A new puppy friend too. We will be looking forward to visiting our host again on our way home. See ya😀
What a awesome host!!!! Has travelled all through the country and gave us lots of ideas. Went out of her way to make us welcome, thoroughly enjoyed our joint dinners together, one was even with another boondocker. She showed us around the area which was fabulous and we have now made a new friend. Hope to visit again when we pass by. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Airstreamingypsy is one Boondockers Welcome member you do not want to miss!
She was recommended by another member and I owe him a big thank you!
Her place is peaceful and quiet...and huge! She very generously hooked us up to electric...yay, no more dead coach battery in the morning...and there was water and WiFi...all the comforts of home.
I have no tow vehicle but seeing the sights was no problem...our hostess drove us around, even showed us the park we were headed for...and then cooked up a delicious dinner...a very generous lady. Creative too! Who would think of creating a porch chandelier out of baby cot bedsprings??!!
Her dog is very sweet and when we were leaving on day 3, it looked as if a bit of love interest was happening between her girl and my boy...tails were wagging. I do hope we can visit again and stay even longer. We had a blast!
This was our first boondocking experience and we couldn't have asked for a better host! She was wonderfully accommodating and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and went above and beyond in every department: giving us a tour of the area, assisting us in running errands and even making us dinner! What a wonderful lady and a great stay! Im sure we will be back to visit our new friend!
Planned on staying for one night, but we were so comfortable and welcomed that we stayed for a few. Wonderful hostess who took time out of her day to show us the area. Very friendly and has lived an interesting RV lifestyle. We feel that we have met a new friend, someone we will definitely see again!
We were lucky enough to catch airstreamingypsy when she was not on the road and we had a great time. Her spot was top notch and I feel like we've made a new and true friend. Her pups were great and the location is convenient to everything in the area. Thanks and see you soon!
I joined Boondockers not just to find free places to park but, to meet people that I'll want to visit again and again.
I've definitely be seeing this Gypsy again :)
